No primeiro dia da nossa estadia no Hotel Shangri-La, quando fomos à recepção, a maioria do pessoal não falou inglês, mas uma senhora chamada Zoe Zhou nos ajudou inteiramente e foi extremamente amável e profissional. O açúcar também foi muito útil, e nós realmente a agradecemos. Temos muitas bagagens e não se encaixaram Na nossa mala, então pedimos a um membro do pessoal masculino para nos trazer UMA caixa, não só trouxe a caixa, MAS também forneceu um cinto gentilmente, e SUA reflexão e vontade de ajudar realmente nos impressionou. Em geral, o apoio sincero e a atitude quente do pessoal fizeram o nosso primeiro dia no hotel muito confortável e memorável.

I have stayed here 3 times. This time everything was well. The room was in good conditions. The hotel is simple but it costs its price.

Pros: The hotel has a great location, close to shops and stores. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable I really liked it. The service was good, and I think it would be even more beautiful in summer with a nice lake view room. Cons: Sometimes there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for four nights and experienced both the Family Room with twin beds and a view, and the Tent-themed Family Room. While both had the same square footage, the Family Room felt a bit cramped in its layout. The twin room was the most comfortable, with a great view of the bridge and the Yimin River, absolutely stunning after the snow. The Tent-themed Family Room had a slide, which kept the kids entertained in the room. The service was outstanding, truly exceptional. One thing I particularly want to commend is the hotel's TV setup. You can directly log into iQIYI and Aurora Cloud TV, unlike some hotels where you only get Aurora TV for a fee, and even screen mirroring costs money, or there's nothing good to watch. They even provided extra small chairs for the beds, which was a nice touch. Originally, for two nights of our trip, we had planned to try a different hotel and booked at Hanting, but we ended up canceling that and staying at Arivon Manor again.

The location of the apartment is particularly good, and the night view upstairs at night is simply beautiful. The apartment is very close to the attractions, and there are many delicious foods around the apartment. The apartment owner is very enthusiastic. If you ask questions, you will answer them. You also take the initiative to introduce the surrounding food.

This was my first time visiting Hohhot and chose the hotel because of convenience of movement, it’s close to the airport as well as the train station. The service was okay even though they couldn’t speak English. The room was nice and clean too but the smell of smoke in the corridors didn’t make it all so pleasant. I really enjoyed the breakfast though and the revolving restaurant was a nice touch. I wouldn’t mind coming back to have a stay when I’m in Hohhot.

Esta é a minha primeira vez Na China, e a primeira cidade que visito é Manzhouli.Encontrei este hotel e, honestamente, acho que é o melhor Lugar para explorar a cidade. Está localizado no centro, a sala é muito grande e você TEM todos OS serviços que você precisa. Mas o Mais importante é o bonito recepcionista Paul que EU conheci lá, que Fez a experiência Muito melhor. Ela VAI ajudá-lo com qualquer problema que você tenha, e eu recomendo que lhe pergunte quanto um táxi deve ir para um determinado lugar, porque alguns taxistas aproveitam o facto de você ser um estrangeiro e sobrecarregar você. Venha aqui e você não será desiludido 😉
