Com um voo por volta das nove da manhã do dia seguinte, decidi ficar diretamente no aeroporto. O hotel fica no Terminal 1 e é preciso pegar um ônibus de translado para o Terminal 2, que passa a cada meia hora. Os quartos externos têm vista para a decolagem e aterrissagem dos aviões no terminal, e o barulho é aceitável. O estilo geral é bem consistente com a rede da marca, a decoração é relativamente nova e parece bem limpo.

The shuttle driver who took us between the airport and hotel was very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and right beside Ji Hotel. A nearby convenience store made it easy to grab essentials. The staff were warm and helpful, even offering a morning wake-up call for our airport transfer. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfortable Family Room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations, making our experience smooth and enjoyable from arrival to departure. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

O MEU amigo e EU reservamos um quarto duplo com dois camas de solteiro, para um preço excelente.Ao chegarmos, nós fomos atualizados para UMA suite com quartos separados e casas de banho separadas, que é tão surpresa e tão bonita. O nosso recepcionista Wuyan foi muito simpático e ofereceu um excelente serviço, respondendo a todas as perguntas e mostrando paciência quando não podíamos falar a língua local.Temos uma visão da piscina e do porto rodeado por montanhas e vegetação tropical. Estamos a um passeio muito curto para a Praia de Dadonghai. Foi UMA viagem fantástica, obrigado!

Hotel is great and comfortable. Lobby is tastefully decorated and service staff top notch. Special shout out to Shaw for his excellent customer service, being accommodative of our needs and ever attentive.
Rooms were large and sound proofing is excellent.
Also a shout out to the service staff, Hardy, for the first night stay. He handled all my parcels swiftly and even helped resolve a delivery which had a little issue.
Highly recommended, will return to stay at the intercontinental for sure!

Weather in Haikou was a little gloomy, but Erin went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. She was readily available on WeChat to answer my queries and gave me good recommendations on how to best spend my time in Haikou. Overall the hotel was also comfortable, and I love that there is an indoor kids playground which my daughter had so much fun in, and also that it’s close to the beach! The buffet breakfast every morning also served up a good spread, but their international dinner buffet was the best!

環島結束，終於有時間來好好評價啦，首先酒店地址很好，緊挨着任意門等好幾個拍照特別好看的打卡點，離電影同款的燈塔也很近，就在潭門鎮，去哪兒都方便。有自己的船形酒吧和餐廳，菜做的很好吃，價格不貴，因為住店還給主動優惠了，我覺得老闆是個格局特別大的人，老闆還有其他民宿，但這個太空艙民宿是剛開不久的，特別新！不管什麼事兒都親力親為，有求必應，太空艙內部要跟大酒店比的話是麻雀雖小五臟俱全，該有的什麼都有，枕頭床被子都很舒服！早上起來看海景特別美，總之真實客觀的説，無論是設施衞生環境還是服務來説，都很棒！值得來！感覺以後這兒肯定會火的，有點擔心以後入住排不上，哈哈。

5 ótimos dias para minha família com o Atlantis Sanya! Possui um enorme e fantástico parque aquático, piscinas limpas e um interessante aquário.
Houve alguns problemas ocorridos com outros hóspedes durante a estadia, mas a equipe respondeu muito rapidamente e da maneira adequada, por isso aproveitamos o resto do tempo sem maiores problemas.
Realmente apreciei Dikshya por seu gentil apoio durante a nossa estadia!
E também gostaria de agradecer a Dary Chen, que trabalha no Atlantis Club, por sua gentileza.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay.
We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it.
As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!

GGuest UserWe stayed in the Wild Goose room type during the May Day holiday. During our stay, we saw squirrels, chameleons, and small monkeys in the park. Compared to Yunnan and Hangzhou, the squirrels here were the biggest I've ever seen, which shows the excellent ecological environment on the mountain. The hotel's breakfast was great, much better than the Hilton Yalong Bay where we stayed the previous two days. My picky eater child's appetite proved that, and the breakfast restaurant offers sea views, which makes eating more enjoyable. If you like peace and quiet, I recommend staying here for two nights. If you prefer a lively atmosphere, I'd suggest staying by the sea. It's lovely to quietly enjoy the sea view here, dine at a sea-view restaurant, and swim in a sea-view pool. However, if you want to experience bustling night markets and seafood stalls, you'll need to go down the mountain, which is quite inconvenient (as I got a bit carsick twice going down, even just from the lobby to Baihua Valley, a personal experience). The resort is divided into several areas, essentially small hilltops, from which you can see Haitang Bay (we could see a bit from our room) and Yalong Bay. Different room types, restaurants, and pools are also distributed across these various hilltops. If you have specific requirements regarding these, I recommend calling the hotel beforehand. After check-in, a manager contacts you. This time, Manager Sun who contacted us was excellent; she responded very promptly to any questions. She helped us book a guide service that the hotel cooperates with the scenic area. Additionally, the housekeeping staff would call to confirm if cleaning was needed. Overall, the hotel's service is definitely up to standard.

1111delingjunThe room was fantastic, and Gina, our butler from guest services, was incredibly responsive to all our requests. She called in advance to ask about our preferences for the room type. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The TV had a screen mirroring function from my phone, which was convenient. The power didn't cut off when we left the room, so the air conditioning was on when we came back, and it was nice and cool right away. The view from the room was excellent, with the sea on one side and the pool on the other. Having both a bathtub and a shower was a nice convenience too.

TTangxinleizhenyuThe room overall is pretty good, and there are many more free activities to participate in. Two years ago, when I visited, I even caught the Earth Hour concert, which was very interesting. This time, the room type I stayed in was larger and had better facilities, and the price was still the same – great value for money. The downsides are that the air conditioning was really a bit warm, the maintenance of the beach and lawn wasn't great, and the restaurant food has become less appealing. Also, the hotel lobby now has a lot of stalls selling small merchandise, which feels quite cluttered. However, this might be unavoidable given its value-for-money approach, but I still hope they can make more improvements if possible.

GGuest UserThe lobby is huge with a unique echo wall, and there's a large lawn in the public area with direct sea views, making for a pleasant scene. The kids' club is quite spacious and offers a rich variety of activities daily, perfect for children. The executive lounge is excellent; in the afternoon, they have bread, cakes, and fruit, and in the evening, there's a noodle bar. The dishes change daily, and the food tastes good, plus there are complimentary cocktails! Our butler, Kaylee, was thoughtful and meticulous, quickly resolving any issues, big or small, making our entire stay worry-free and comfortable.

AAnonymous UserStayed at Yalong Bay Mangrove Tree for 2 nights in a sea view room, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The biggest surprise was our butler, Coral. She was incredibly responsive and attentive to our every need. When we checked in, we found she had already prepared fruit and milk, which was a lovely touch – that feeling of being looked after without even having to ask really earned her extra points.
The room offered a fantastic, expansive sea view; from the balcony, you could see the beautiful turquoise coastline of Yalong Bay.
Coral's service truly elevated our overall impression. It wasn't just a standard greeting; she genuinely remembered our needs. She even helped us get a late check-out until 2 PM and proactively asked about our departure transportation. These little details make us want to choose this place again next time we visit Sanya. Five-star recommendation!

LLirongzhaozhaoOur family of three (with a three-year-old) stayed for five days and four nights, and we pretty much spent all our time at the hotel or nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and overall, it was excellent! 👍 You really have to experience it yourself to know how good it is. A big thanks to Sunny for her attentiveness; even during the busy May Day holiday, her replies were quick, and our requests were handled promptly and efficiently!
🏨 **Facilities**: It has a sort of vintage, old-money vibe – spacious, which I really liked. No issues with our stay, and the duvet wasn't too thick! It was just right for sleeping with the AC on at night; adults weren't cold, and the child wasn't hot! Plus, when we asked for a bed rail, the housekeeping staff literally knocked on our door right after we finished speaking. They installed it incredibly fast, without any fuss, and were gone in a flash – unbelievably quick!
🧹 **Cleanliness**: The entire hotel was spotless and refreshing, and room cleaning was very efficient! Sometimes we only needed the trash taken out and nothing else, and a quick word to Sunny was all it took – everything was perfectly arranged.
🌴 **Environment**: It's got a kind of retro American garden aesthetic, definitely a resort feel! The public areas are large and beautiful, and the night view is stunning. The big lawn is absolutely amazing (yyds)! All three pools are lovely, and the children's pool is truly excellent 🛝. The hotel has so many picturesque spots for photos; it felt like we could get all those trending Sanya photo ops right here at the hotel! The value of hotels on Haitang Bay is definitely on the rise.
🍳 **Dining**: Breakfast was very rich, with slight variations each day. The kids' section had plenty of options too, with a dedicated area for babies, as well as large round tables and multi-person tables, perfect for big families. The Western restaurant by the pool was also great and delicious. Ordering takeout was convenient and delivered quickly; we just had to pick it up at the entrance, which I thought was fine, like a little walk 🚶.
🏋️ **Gym**: Very good! It's located near the children's adventure playground. Most of the equipment had usage tutorials, making them simple and easy to operate. Our family of three tried out all the equipment, and the child had even more fun than going out!
👶 **Kids' Club**: The area for younger children is a bit small, but still enough to play in. More toys would be even better. There's another larger one for kids aged 5 and up, which costs extra. Kids can even experience riding horses 🐎 and ostriches right here at the hotel – can you believe it?
📷 Because we had our child with us, we usually only visited one attraction per day and always came back to the hotel for an afternoon nap. We spent a lot of time at the hotel and never felt bored. Even during May Day, it wasn't overly crowded, very orderly, and quiet. There were so many things to do at the hotel: swimming, walking, watching small animals, enjoying the sea, digging in the sand, afternoon tea, playing in the kids' club, riding the mini train, collecting shells, and more. In short, we were all very satisfied, had a very pleasant holiday, and it was excellent value for money 👍. We will definitely come again next time! 🥳

DDDensuThe hotel environment is fantastic! The lobby has a subtle, calming tea scent which is so therapeutic. The room soundproofing is excellent, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The staff are all very kind and attentive to every detail. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with excellent natural light and views. From my sea-view room, opening the window revealed nothing but the clear blue sea and sky – the sea breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a great atmosphere. The pool was clean and comfortable too. The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making for an excellent stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, the value for money is superb. It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserMy extensive research definitely paid off! I chose the perfect first hotel for my Sanya trip. I was a bit worried based on some online reviews, but after two days, it totally exceeded my expectations. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and the location is excellent; you can see the ocean right from the lobby. It has a huge pool and water play area that seamlessly blend into its private beach. While the decor is a bit dated and the facilities are older, the bones of the place are solid. The breakfast buffet was also decent and, for me personally, met my needs. Not far from the hotel are Baishuigu Valley and Yatai Commercial Street, with night markets, BBQ, and restaurants, making dining very convenient. After dinner, strolling back with the sea breeze was both good for digestion and very pleasant. Oh, and the hotel also offers free airport shuttle and duty-free shop buses, which is great. It might have been the off-season, but I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a room with an unbeatable sea view. For this price in Yalong Bay, it's excellent value for money. The front desk staff, especially CC, provided very thoughtful service. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Yalong Bay.

Firstly, the service at Banyan Tree is top-notch. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, warm, thoughtful, and always willing to help. They were professional yet discreet, making us feel completely at ease. The attention to detail was heartwarming; even though we checked in late at night, the service was still impeccable. From arrival to departure, we received meticulous care, clearly showing that guest experience is their top priority.
The most delightful surprise was the romantic ambiance they specially created for us. The room decor was absolutely stunning! The exquisite flowers set a perfect mood, and we were treated to a freshly made custom cake and a handwritten blessing card. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it feel incredibly special. Upon check-out, they even prepared a beautiful parting gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It truly felt like Banyan Tree genuinely wished us well and shared in our romantic joy – it was both tender and heartwarming.
This trip to Banyan Tree Sanya created so many wonderful memories. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a honeymoon or a romantic getaway. I've already told all my friends and family about it, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose it again for our next trip!
