Staff were polite an respectful. Very welcoming. Would recommend. Rooms were nice and clean. An just overall a great experience. I didn’t get her name but that front desk lady should get a raise she was very sweet and kind.

This hotel has a nice pool, whirlpool, comfy clean rooms, and decent breakfast. The little touches like the black washcloth for makeup were unexpected & thoughtful, as was the granola bar in the afternoon/evening. Munching on chocolate chips always improves everything. The best part, however, is that the staff is just so nice. This will be the only hotel I’ll stay at in the future.

Everything was great. They had a 24 hour service desk. That was nice because we had no time to check in at 3:00 pm due to being at a wedding. The front desk lady was nice. The hair dryer had a hair hanging from in. But everything else was good.

We booked 2 rooms. Other room fridge & office chair not working. Otjer room TV not working. Rooms are dark, dark there’s no single lamp in the desk.

The outside appearance is not the greatest, and they need to implement better security/safety features. However, the room was clean, comfortable, and was quiet during the night. Would recommend for an affordable stay, but only if you’re traveling with other people and not alone.

On Wednesday the 20th of July, 2022 around 1 pm, I was a guest there and I had a friend come over while I was at work. He got locked out so he tried to get a key to my room and the lady at the front desk apparently gave him access without confirming any information nor was my friend’s name on the reservation! Once my friend told me that he was able to get a new key because he accidentally locked himself out, I was and still are livid at this employee. I have worked in hotels for OVER 12 YEARS and this is HOTEL 101. I felt like my security was compromised. I stopped by the front desk to confront the lady and when I arrived I asked her for a card or the general managers phone number or email. She rudely explained to me that they aren’t here. I said, “that’s fine but I’m asking u to write down the name and number and email address to your general manager”. She kept arguing with me stating that I can call the hotel and it’s online. She repeated this over and over multiple times. I sternly said I am not asking u to redirect me where to go, I’m asking u to write it down. She was very argumentative with me. I finally got fed up with it and said I have worked in this industry for multiple years and u are not providing good customer service. She tried to blame my friend telling me that she’s gonna call the cops and have him removed because he’s an unregistered guest. I was the registered guest. My friend stopped by while I was at work. I am not paying for this stay and will be submitting a review on this because like I said I am LIVID at the fact that there was no understanding at how this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE! Nor was there any apology from the employee!😡😠 I feel like she should no longer work there if she isn’t going to care about people’s safety! Very disappointed!!!!🤬😡

The hotel was fine for the amount of money we paid; however, the Wi-Fi was sporadic. The best reception was in the lobby. In the room, we would need to reconnect to the Wi-Fi every few minutes. We advised the staff when we checked out and they said that they would look into it. The hotel was really close to Mall of America, which was nice. The breakfast offered wasn't the best, but it was fine.
