Convenient location. It's close to downtown without the hassle. Close to to bars, restaurants and on the edge of historic German Village with it's beautiful old homes and its quaint neighborhood. The only negative is it's not pet friendly, but otherwise I have had a comfortable long term stay. The convenient private parking and free internet are great for any type of stay or guest.

Perfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy

I never make complaint but because this was such a bad experience! One of the worst I've ever had! I've always heard that Hilton hotels were so nice. This hotel was so run down, examples: the letters and numbers are rewritten on with sharpie and what looks like fingernail polish, because they had fallen off all over the place, there's MANY patches of wall work from previous holes all over the rooms and some arent even painted over, the carpet peeling up, a lot of things didn't work like some of the outlets in the room, the ice machines (on two floors), the faucet had a constant drip, furniture was scuffed up, the walls all over the building were scuffed and marked up, outside the building was lots of trash, and the elevator wasn't working. They also upcharged us when we arrived without explanation as a sort of deposit if anything happened to the room. We payed a good amount of money to stay at this runned down hotel, then we weren't even allowed to have the complimentary breakfast which is completely insane. Breakfast is not complimentary for every customer, just some? I've never seen this before and I've stayed at many hotels and I'll NEVER stay at one of your hotels ever again. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It looked more like the motel 6 next door than a Hilton.

Stayed for 3 nights in mid-August; had 2 queen bed room, 4th floor facing the front (street); had own car, OSU campus is very close; Target and shopping were 2 minutes up the road; quick eats nearby; floors had such high ceilings, made feel open; lobby is on 2nd floor; there's games (pool) and connect four, etc. No free b-fast provided; Staff was very helpful; had several large packages delivered before arrival and a few smaller ones while there; no issues with storing/obtaining; Note- one side of the hotel faces railroad (could be a bit noisy- even with sound proof-windows)- but I didnt experience any of that; will stay here again when back in Columbus
