Centara Ubon is a new hotel located at Ubon Ratchathani. The location is next to Central Plaza which is convenient for food, shopping and even catching a movie. The hotel has new promotion for now. They provide breakfast for 2 and complimentary drinks. The mini bar is free for the 1st day. There is a small pool and fitness room These are the pros The service needs to improve as I didn't feel very welcome on the 1st day of check in. The staff were speaking in Thai which I am unable to understand. When I provided my reservation, they still didn't address me in English but when they realised I am paying, they started talking to me. Perhaps they are new and inexperience, I had to wait 20mins for my receipt during checkout. There were flies at the restaurant during breakfast, an unwelcoming sight. The hotel should do something about it. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, only providing water for 1st and last day. We were given voucher 555baht per day to spend at the restaurant, however we were not allowed to have our food in our room. The was quickly changed when I fill in the survey and Mr Santichon, the Front Desk Manager got to know about it. Mr Santichon's hospitality and service-oriented attention to our needs win me and family over. We decided that we will return again when we are in the vicinity. The hotel truely has a gem in Mr Santichon and I hoped his peers and staff can learn from him. I hoped the management compliment Mr Santichon on his dedication to his work.

Great Location, in front of Sunee Night markets and has a mall attached to it. Not far from bus station ( has a city bus stop) and airport. Free pool and fitness center, can also borrow towels for free. Complimentary breakfast, also 2 bottles of water a day in the room. Spacious room, clean, with pool view. A/C. Staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely book again here!

The location is considered..excellent..for..people who love to eat..because it is across from..night market..Ubon..square and BigC ..don't have to be afraid of starving. Traveling to the airport by Smart bus is even easier because the parking stop is right at the entrance alley, 20 baht at the end of the line. The accommodation is a short walk from the entrance of Soi Chayangkru 38. Go in 100 meters. The building is painted pink. There is a deposit of 250 baht when checking in. You get it back after returning the key. New room, comfortable sleep There is a handkerchief provided. There are mosquito screens for people who can open the windows to let in the breeze. Room 304 \ 1 x Night Stay \ Booked via Agoda A solid 10 \ 10 experience - top notch! Customer service was excellent. Hotel location is SO QUIET - no noise Rooms were modern and relaxing. Everywhere was clean - impressive. To round it all off, Buffet Breakfast was included in the room rate and was an excellent experience - great Asian choices, very yummy. All in all an A Class stay and we will book here again next time we find ourselves around the Ubon Ratchathani area.....
