GGuest UserI was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned.
I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons.
Overall, the experience was very inconvenient.

MMjeed AlahmdiThe hotel is very beautiful; the staff's service, location, and sea view are fantastic. The food is amazing, and the chef is brilliant. I ordered Italian dishes for dinner, and they were delicious. However, I wish they would improve the breakfast menu or make it a buffet. Repeating the same main dishes for breakfast for three days was unsatisfactory, and we hope for better service.

We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. I would like to personally thank Mr .Mansour and miss.Renad for their exceptional service.
We have decided to come back again and would like to thank the resort and its sponsors for a wonderfully place. And most importantly thank you thank you

Hopefully this will not happen again.
The hotel was average especially since the reason of the trip is to attend the funeral

CChanKTThe hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also

MMillennial diyumaoFirst of all, I had to give a bad review for the service. I stayed for several days and asked the hotel to invoice me. As a result, I sent a message several times and opened one, and opened one for a day. The other days were not opened to me. WhatsApp sent a message in the past and could not be read back, and I have not invoiced it yet. The second is the facilities problem. There is no public washing machine. Laundry service is provided but it is very expensive. An ordinary clothes have to be 40-50 RMB. There is no water in the swimming pool. It is a decoration. There is no handheld shower in the bathroom. There is an overhead shower, and the hot water at night is not hot. The things in the restaurant are very expensive, much more expensive than the ones on the street outside. The price of a four-star is similar to the price of the five-star opposite. The price is very low. It is not recommended for everyone to stay and avoid lightning.

GGuest Userممتااااز ونضيف وخدمه سريعه ، الاصنصير مو دايم فاضي لان مافيه الا واحد ف اكثر من مره اضطريت اطلع وانزل درج، لاحظت شي واحد وهو الفطور كانو مرجعين بعض الاشياء اليوم الثاني وكان لونها متغير مثلاً صحن الحمص مرجعينه نفس حتى كان فيه جزء مأخوذ منه وشفته ع نفس الشكل اليوم الثاني ولونه مصفر لانه من اليوم الي قبله واللبنه بعد وقت الفطور عندهم من سته لعشره صراحه وقت قليل .. مايجيبون الفطور للغرفه ولا يردون عالتليفون مطعمهم اصلاً
الباقي لاااا يعلى عليه برضو عندهم حلى الاكلير لذييييذ جدا جدا جداً
كان فيه بنت سعوديه من الريسبشن طلعت تبغى تاخذ كوب قهوه مسكينه وعلى اخر الوقت يعني محد بيشرب اصلاً وقام ناداها الطباخ ع ما اظن . كان مصري وقال لها ممنوعين وان صاحب الفندق مانعنا نخليكم واعتذرت مسكينه وراحت
