My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated.
The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home.
If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

A sala era grande e limpa;
Mas fiquei 3 dias e só recebi 2 garrafas de água no total. O resto teve que ser enchido por mim no primeiro andar. As regras nos países estrangeiros são diferentes das da China?

Inicialmente, fiquei um pouco insatisfeito porque nem todos os quartos tinham secador de cabelo.
Mais tarde, quando voltei, descobri que não havia quartos disponíveis e troquei de hotel. Depois de comparar os dois, só posso dizer que este hotel foi incrível! Excelente custo-benefício!
Por esse preço, consegui um quarto privativo e eles até forneceram um cobertor extra para que eu pudesse usar caso sentisse frio à noite; o café da manhã estava incluído, com pão, abacate, abacaxi e mamão; havia água quente disponível o dia todo e eu podia preparar e usar chá Manu Coca-Cola; havia uma área comum na cobertura onde eu podia estender minhas roupas para secar; e o armazenamento de bagagem era gratuito — guardei minha mala por quatro dias sem custo adicional. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e me senti muito bem-vindo.

O hotel está muito perto do centro da cidade e tem transporte conveniente. Há muitas opções para o café da manhã. A equipe é simpática e prestativa. Funcionários que cooperam com agências de viagens estarão estacionados no hotel para facilitar aos viajantes a solicitação de itinerários e a inscrição. diferentes pontos turísticos.

夫婦2人が経営。クスコの広場から歩いて5分ほどと非常に素晴らしい立地。しかしながら坂の上にあり、なおかつ標高の高い場所ということでそもそも空気が薄いため、その点には留意。なお空港から広場までは乗合バスも(ノリと勢いと心の余裕さえあれば)行ける。しかしながらシャワーでお湯が最初は出なかった。そのためホテル運営をしている旦那さんに毎回連絡しなければならず、その点は不便だったかも。しかしながら、WhatsAppで何かあれば駆けつけてくれるし、マチュピチュに行く際にも荷物を丸々置かせてくれたり、おすすめの水力発電所駅までの乗合バスを確保してくれたりと、その点に関してのサービスは最適であった。

Não hesitamos em nos hospedar novamente após nossa visita a Machu Picchu. Fomos recebidos com a mesma hospitalidade e serviço. Sempre tínhamos água quente disponível no quarto, o que é ótimo, já que adoramos chá, que ajuda a aliviar a garganta seca e irritada pela altitude. O café da manhã estava delicioso e a cama era confortável! Altamente recomendado!

The place is a hidden gem in Sacred Valley. If you get the chance to visit during Christmas you will love it. Yucay becomes the action point of the valley for 3 days you can enjoy a very festive experience with local traditions and masks. Location is great, near everything. Also the owner and all of the people there are so friendly, it gives you a nice family vibe when staying there. I will definitely come again when revisiting Sacred Valley:)

SShuliThe staff was so kind, it was really good. They let me check out late because there was no reservation for the next day! The room and bed were clean, there were plenty of cooking utensils, and salt, sugar, and oil were provided. The breakfast was mainly bread, with only one orange and drinks, which was a bit disappointing. Coca tea was drinkable. The shower had good hot water, but the shower curtain was extremely short, so the floor got wet. Also, there was no heating, so it was really cold at night. The view of the city from the hotel was amazing.
The hotel is quite high up in the hills, so be careful not to get out of breath.

GGuest UserRecommend take uber or taxi to locale. The walk from Plaza Armas is approx 6 minutes but hilly and traffic both foot + car traffic is heavy. The hotel is an uphill climb as is all of the city. The doors open to a small court yard. To your left and right are schools. Just walk straight on and ring the door buzzer. They buzz the door open very promptly. If the court yard door is closed there is a door buzzer reachable from the sidewalk. Breakfast is made to order eggs, bread, good coffee + 3 types of juice. Owner + family are friendly + helpful. Room had a kettle + temperature control. Family speaks english. Enjoyed my stay.

The Stuff was friendly, gave us a take away breakfast. We could store our bags there for Free when we went to Machu Piccu.
Its Simple, try to not get a room with Windows to the main street but it calms down at 9pm.
Showers are hot and nice pressured
The Stuff came twice and ask if everything is okay
Overall I defently recommend it and would book it again

GGuest UserHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.

GGomezHotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!

Nn a g iI stayed to climb Machu Picchu. The access was good and the bus stop to Machu Picchu was very close.
The breakfast time was relatively early and I had to get up early, but it was delicious.
Since there is no screen door, it is recommended to be careful not to let insects come in when opening the window, or to look outside without opening.
I was grateful that the restaurant in the series was discounted.

Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice.
The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece.
Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt.
I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name.
In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh
