My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated. The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home. If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

O hotel Hampton Hotel de Cusco é um hotel de excelente qualidade, e o pessoal é amigável e hospitalizado, o que nos torna bem-vindos. Uma menção especial para Wilma, que FOI Ao milhar extra para acomodar o Nosso pedido de mudar para um quarto com um leito de rainha EM vez de dois leitos padrão, a SUA ajuda fez UMA Grande diferença. As quartos são novas, limpas e confortáveis com camas frescas, e o pequeno-almoço foi muito bom.Em geral, uma excelente experiência e recomendo a todos que visitam Cusco.

O hotel é Muito BEM sucedido, perto de paradas, táxis, lojas e cafés, a sala era 508, limpa, MAS um pouco morta com uma rede nas janelas e cheiro desagradável, cama confortável, quente, água quente, com um pedaço de sabão e champô. Pequeno-almoço muito delicioso e saturado - mesa sueca, de omeleta quente, salada de frutas não paralela, iogurte, cogumelos, chá, cozinheiro, queijo, ham.

Um hotel muito agradável. Ambiente acolhedor e cafés da manhã deliciosos.

If you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy. Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay

In historical centre but nearest restaurant about 20 minutes walk. We had a room on the front and it was super noisy as it’s on a busy main road. No sound proof or extra glazing to deal with it. Breakfast ok. Probably not stay here again as would choose a boutique hotel nearby to main square and not on a busy road.

Excelente qualidade por um preço tão baixo. Mas tenha em mente que os funcionários podem não falar inglês, apenas espanhol. Mas não se preocupe, usamos o Google Tradutor e tudo correu bem. Os quartos são limpos e as instalações estão em boas condições. Não fica perto da Praça Principal, é preciso caminhar cerca de 20 minutos. Mas ainda assim, vale a pena pelo preço. Adequado para quem precisa apenas de uma cama limpa e um banheiro limpo, nada mais.

The hotel does not have an elevator. Trip.com pay attention to communicating with the hotel. The windows of the back room type on the third floor of the old middle are very poorly lit by default. The window written in the selection room does not match the balcony bed stool and the area. After serious argue with the front desk, it was restored to the main room on the second floor.

O hotel é pitoresco, mas infelizmente acordei tarde e não tomei o café da manhã do hotel. O garçom foi simpático. Eu morava no segundo andar. A altitude é um pouco alta e os frascos de cosméticos estão abaulados!
