A vista era fantástica; podíamos ver a Igreja Ártica e o teleférico do nosso quarto. A localização era ótima, ficamos muito satisfeitos e ficamos por três dias consecutivos. No entanto, em relação ao serviço e à limpeza, a limpeza não era feita automaticamente para estadias consecutivas, sendo necessário agendar com um dia de antecedência. Quando entramos no quarto, havia utensílios de limpeza e copos sujos deixados pela equipe de limpeza, que deixamos do lado de fora da porta e só recolhemos ao meio-dia do dia seguinte (suspeito que a equipe de limpeza trabalhe apenas das 12h às 16h). As toalhas não eram trocadas a menos que fôssemos à recepção para pegar novas; ninguém as trocava para nós. Entendo a eficiência e a chamada proteção ambiental da Escandinávia, mas considerando a diária de cerca de 3.500 ienes — claro que o preço não é culpa do hotel; todos os hotéis em Tromsø aumentaram seus preços significativamente, embora eu tenha ouvido dizer que são muito mais baratos no verão.

This hotel boasts a superb location, close to public transport and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room size is on the smaller side with a compact layout, but it's very clean and the facilities are complete and perfectly adequate. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was quick. For the high prices in Tromsø, it's a hassle-free and comfortable option, definitely worth recommending.

We had a fantastic stay at the Dock 69 39 hotel. Super clean, very cosy, quiet and comfortable. Location is good, 10 min - 20min walk to all the meeting points to catch your experiences. Easy access from the airport with 42 bus. They offer a great breakfast selection so it is definitely worth it to add this option to your booking. The rooftop spot is also cool to go and check if the sky has some activity. The upper dock restaurant provides a great selection of the meals, very tasty as well. The only thing that is not worth paying (30e per person) for is a spa and sauna. If you are a regular user of sauna you will be very disappointed, we booked 1h30 min and when we came to use it, it was totally cold, we needed to wait 30 min to heat it up...the view is on another hotel bedrooms and cold swimming pool is used by another guests that didn't take shower after session in sauna. The resting place is so small, that you can't rest. No fruits, or other beverages, only water from the tap. If you are an occasional user and you don't care, you can try it. For us it is something that should not be charged additionally as it is not worth it. Overall this is a great hotel to enjoy Tromso. We can really recommend.

The hotel is centrally located near most tourist spots and meeting points for tours. The breakfast is nice with a variety of food but would be even better if there can be variations between days. There is also a gym and sauna overlooking the harbour. A nice place to stay in town.

The atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed. The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious! The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room. The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was amazing. とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。 シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。 朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。 唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。

O hotel oferece uma vista privilegiada da pista do aeroporto. Os quartos são minimalistas, com apenas cama, TV e banheiro; não há frigobar nem chaleira. No entanto, a vista da área comum do 11º andar é fantástica, e foi por isso que reservamos o hotel. Naquela noite, vimos a aurora boreal da varanda.

Nice, simple hotel with double bed, a small desk and closet bathroom but for the price, it was good enough for one night. Close distance away from Port, shopping mall, and tourist information as well as the Airport. The man at the desk was very helpful getting us in to another room when the TV didn't work.

Very quiet environment with great scenery. We're lucky to able to see aurora with clear sky. Very helpful check in staff with very nice dinner and breakfast 😋

O hotel está obsoleto e está previsto para renovação em 2025 ou 2026. O lobby é ”super” pequeno, sem tema de design (para o que importa). Meu quarto era pequeno e mal colocado ...plus, a cama era tão suave que era incomodada e eu sabia que minhas costas sofreriam, então EU deitado o cobertor fino no chão e dormiu sobre isso. Uma vez que a manutenção de casa deixa no final do dia você não conseguiu obter cobertores ou cobertores extras ... Todos eu tinha era um pequeno, cobertor rectangular ....I não conseguiu um bom sono! O ginásio só Pode ser acessado subindo um pequeno conjunto de escadas ...I Nunca lá. O Pessoal do escritório Frente era incrível ...so agradável e acomodando .... apesar de todas as exigências colocadas sobre eles. Eu estava agradecido, só estava aqui por UMA noite.
