Location was very good. Bus opposite bring you directly to the airport and Hamdeok beach (about 1 hour). It’s about 5.7km to Nanta show - easier to get taxi as buses were infrequent and challenging at times. Breakfast was limited with just Asian options or toast. Overall, I would stay again but just get breakfast from Holly’s cafe next door. Also, good having the 7 eleven next door where you can buy bus cards.

I had an incredible stay at the Whistlelark Hotel in Jeju! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Great location at the south west corner of the island. Friendly check-in staff. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden view means car park view btw. Had a surprise encounter with a big spider in the bathroom but hotel staff came to help. I told him not to harm spider but to catch and release it outside. However my limited Korean didn’t get through and the staff killed it with a hotel towel 😩. Generally a great stay. Will return.

Excellent location and facilities, with ******, children playground, a number of different restaurants and shops in the hotel. The rooms are tidy and clean. There were English speaking staff so communication is not a problem. The staff were polite and they provide good service.

The hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide. The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating. Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

Good location: Very near Black Pork street, market , and shopping street. Mac, 24 hour super market around the corner. Near to Jeju international airport. I rented a car and hotel location is good for me to drive to many attractions. local sea food stall and black pork street food stall are around the corner. Lucky to have a room with sea view. Very spacious room, with 2 super single bed combined to become king+ bed. Very comfortable mattress. Definitely Will recommend to friends who is coming to Jeju for tour.

This hotel is near to the shinhwa theme park. Even if not visiting the theme park, its location is also near other kids attractions such as pororo theme park. Place is very new and clean. Highly recommended

I got in around midnight but there was a very easy and convenient check in kiosk, which I had never seen before in any hotel. The room was clean with great smelling toiletries and a very cozy bed, it also had a great view. There is a 7/11 connected to the hotel which stays open until midnight and it’s also walking distance from a big market. I would recommend this hotel and be glad to stay again.

The view from the rooms on the 6th floor is limited. It is recommended that you choose to stay on the 7th floor or above, or choose a room without high buildings next to it. When I moved in, there were bottle caps left by other guests on the table (I forgot to take a photo), and there were dust and water stains in the cups in the bathroom, so we didn't use them. It's generally OK. The location is also good, and it's convenient for shopping and eating around.

Nice location 👍 The hotel was a bit old but well maintained. The staffs were very kind and upgraded our room to a bigger room with sea view. The view from the room was fantastic and there was a walk trail directly from the hotel back door to the little fishing village nearby. There are plenty of food options especially for Jeju Black pork and the famous izakaya called Dat (means Anchor) within a few minutes by walk. Breakfast wasn’t impressive but ok for the price. I think it’s the best option for the area and it could be much better if the weather was good ! Overall experience was good 👍

The room was good, but i expected a better view based on the description on trip.com which did not quite match the reality. The balcony/terrace was very dirty.

We stayed for 3 days and overall pleasant stay. Will stay again if visit the Seogwipo area. Hotel entrance is small and we almost missed it when drove through the first time. Convenient location. Olle market is within walking distance. It is not far from Cheonjiyeon Waterfall and Oedolgae rock with 10-15 mins drive. Hotel room is clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and some can speak reasonable English. We booked for standard twin room and the hotel gave us free upgrade to deluxe twin. The only drawback is the air conditioner in the room is a little noisy and the wash basin is outside the washroom.

Clean room and bed is comfortable. Great location. Will book again if come to Jeju. Hotel is along thw main road.

The service of the front desk was moderate. The room and bathroom were clean. Only the A/C filter needed to be cleaned up. Alhough the hotel is a little away from the Sogwipo Central Rotary (Sogwipo Chung-ang Rotary) and there is a long slope to get there, yet the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The sea view from my room was memorable.

😃Actually, it is right next to the popular Parnas Hotel, located in the Chinese Resort of Seogwipo. There are few people and beautiful scenery. The key is that the price did not increase during the National Day holiday, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The hotel is basically full of Koreans. I didn’t meet any Chinese people during the three days of stay. 😭, I will write down my experience for your reference 🌲Huge natural garden! 🏞️The vast sea! ⛰️The cliff trail full of wildness! 🏝️Comparable to the top island atmosphere in Southeast Asia 😃Stayed at the Life Hotel in Seogwipo, Jeju Island 🛖The atmosphere is not inferior to 🏝️The first-line big-name hotel in Nusadua, Bali, is also on the cliff, very much like the Bali Hilton, facing the sea, opened in 1990 and maintained very well, it only takes 2h✈️+🚌 to get there from Shanghai, it is perfect for lying down! 1️⃣Convenient transportation Exit from Gate 5 of the airport and take bus 600/601 to the hotel entrance in 1 hour 2️⃣Check-in Arrived at the hotel at 12 noon and was informed that check-in would start at 14:00. Bathtub, shower and toilet are separated, and the minibar is moderately priced 4️⃣Entertainment facilities 3 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor swimming pools are connected, very large, with poolside bar, and LIVE at night; the hotel gym, game room, and outdoor small zoo are very interesting 5️⃣Hotel environment and beach The hotel is a huge garden on the cliff, and the plant maintenance is great. Under the cliff is the Chinese bathing beach, which requires a mountain trail to go down. There are few people on the beach, and there is a volcanic rock, which is good for digging sand and catching the sea! 6️⃣Surroundings You can walk to the Teddy Bear Museum, the most beautiful Starbucks in Jeju Island, and there are bhc fried chicken and convenience stores nearby. The disadvantage is that there are fewer foods within walking distance, which is not as mature as other places. It takes 2-3km to take a taxi to be lively. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the columnar joint belt, 25 minutes to the dragon head coast, and 30 minutes to the Jeongbang Waterfall, Independence Rock, submarines and other attractions in Seogwipo city

The location is good and the room is comfy! We got upgraded room with a view. Unfortunately the pool is down, but other than that all is good! The staff is also very helpful

The hotel's location is a bit unfortunate, but the rooms are very spacious for the price, and it's great that there's a gym and breakfast available at the convenience store on the first floor (for a fee).
