My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights for valentines. We very much enjoyed our stay overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. When leaving we were able to leave our luggage for just £1 a suitcase which was very convenient. For the price I thought the food was good quality, however if you are looking for more of a cooked breakfast this isn’t the place. The location was very accessible and we were able to walk to everywhere easily. However it did get very noisy from about 5 in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel… I was only using this hotel as I was staying over in Leeds due to work commitments and was looking for somewhere to put my head down for a night and this hotel was very good for what I needed and was definately use this hotel again if and when I need to in the future… Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the room had everything in it I needed to…

Desde o momento EM que cheguei até o segundo que deixei, EU me sentia realmente cuidadoso.O pessoal estava incrívelmente amigável, o quarto estava incrível, a cama estava incrívelmente confortável, tudo estava perfeito e excedeu as minhas expectativas. One drawback of this hotel is that there is no free Wi-Fi. However, the room is a good size and very clean. There was no hairdryer provided, but overall, the room was comfortable and well maintained.

I found it difficult to find any of the staff, but once I did - nothing was too much trouble. all very friendly and helpful. The place is quite dated and needs a makeover badly. Gardens were nice and the location was perfect for me. Food was OK but breakfast was very dry, but tasty. Again the staff were especially good.

It is indeed a five-star hotel. The room is quite spacious, and the 1.5-meter single bed is comfortable. It would have been even better if the towels weren't a bit old. Also, it was a bit noisy outside at night, and the windows aren't very soundproof.
