都是愛乾淨的女生。挺好的，世界不能沒有女孩子。就是天黑了真不好找，第一次過來火車delay了，深夜找不到路，google導航辣雞，，繞另一邊去了，還有衹小狐狸，眼睛綠的，，大晚上唯一的光是綠眼睛晃呀晃，，汗毛倒豎。第二天發現旁邊路是墓地。怪嚇人的，天亮了挺好找的。

Excellent stay. The hotel is ideally located if arriving by train. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early as our room was ready. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a roomy walk in shower. The only thing that would have improved it would have been some drawer space as it only has hanging space in the wardrobe. All the staff were helpfull and friendly. We had an evening meal and breakfast during our stay and both were excellent. We also made use of the leisure facilties during our stay. Overall would highly recommend and if we visit York again would definitely stay at The Milner.

Rustige lodge nabij York city centrum. Goede busverbinding direct voor de deur. Maar ook slechts 25 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum. De kamer is eenvoudig en de badkamer iets de klein maar voldoet aan alle verwachtingen.

1. Check-out Time Is Too Early In my experience, most hotels—whether five-star establishments or smaller boutique hotels—allow guests to check out around 12:00 noon. However, for such a large hotel with a rich historical background, the check-out time of 10:00 a.m. feels unreasonably early. It is particularly inconvenient for guests who wish to have breakfast, as the kitchen closes at 9:00 a.m., making the entire morning feel rushed. This aspect was disappointing and should be seriously reconsidered. 2. Luggage Storage After Check-out As a frequent traveler who has stayed in many hotels across different countries, I have never encountered a situation where luggage storage after check-out was not available. Typically, guests are allowed to leave their bags temporarily while exploring the city and return later to collect them. Unfortunately, this was not possible at this hotel. I found this quite surprising, especially considering the size of the property. As a result, I had to carry a large suitcase while visiting the beach and dining outside, which significantly affected my experience. This policy made me feel that guests are not sufficiently accommodated after check-out, and it was quite disappointing. 3. Room Facilities I understand and respect that this hotel is nearly 200 years old, and I have no issue with its age or character. Overall, the room facilities were acceptable; however, the water taps could benefit greatly from modernization. The current rotary-style taps are difficult to operate, requiring considerable force to turn on and off. This could be especially challenging for elderly guests. Additionally, when I entered my room, I noticed that water was already running slightly due to the tap not being fully closed. If the hotel were to gradually replace these taps with more user-friendly designs, it would not only improve guest comfort but also help conserve water in the long run. I believe this would be a worthwhile investment.

Óteis bonitos, pessoal muito acomodados e úteis.Amado o decoro, localização era um táxi de 5 minutos para o centro. Alguns pubs que fazem comida 2mind andam longe. Defo VAI Voltar no Verão. Obrigado por UMA estadia bonita!

Lovely location freindly and helpful staff

The room description was incorrect. The room was really tight for 5 person. We booked for 1 double bed, 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed, but we get 1 double bed bunk bed & another 1 bunk bed. It's difficult for elderly to climb up the bunk, we ended up pay for another 2 single beds in a separate room. The gave us a little discount for it.

A sala estava boa, adorava que o Centro de lazer estava aberto até tarde, para que ele pudesse ficar Na piscina e jacuzzi, Mesmo depois de ver a vista.O pequeno-almoço era UMA Grande seleção continental e UMA vista pintoresca do restaurante. O pessoal era muito amigável e atente. Uma potencial melhoria poderia ser o controle de água quente no chuveiro - o nosso era um quarto Deluxe com banho.A temperatura estava a aquecer ou a frio - não havia entre eles.

Nice hotel room with a nice view. Only downside was the parking space was quite small. Finding parking was difficult. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights. Checking in felt more tedious than it needed to be and our keys stopped working half way through the stay. We had a nice room with a comfortable bed and it was serviced, which isn't guaranteed these days. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and helpful. I'd stay there again.
