This hotel was a fall back for me I’m glad I chose to go here after a disappointing hotel I arrived to originally and I should have booked here first. Hotel is located centrally and close to local bars and shopping areas. The members of staff I met were all lovely and very helpful! The room was spotless. The only issues I had was there was no shampoo just shower gel and the heating in the room didn’t get to full temp but at this time of year the heating was not a huge deal! I stayed in room 201 so it was situated close to the lift but was far enough away to not be disturbed by the sound of it. Will be staying here again

Booked this hotel to attend conference nearby. Loved the Signature room, which was big with seating area. Complimentary bottle of wine, or substitute with bottles of non-alcoholic drinks was nice touch. Pastries provided at the lounge made for quick and easy breakfast option. Enjoyed the swimming pool, jet pool, sauna and hot steam room in the Health club. Area around Resort is also very big, walking along the woodlands trail to the Golf club was therapeutic. Stay Signature room, worth the additional upgrade.

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

Fiquei aqui por oito noites de 19 a 27 de Julho e nunca me senti incomodado ou desagradável.Os quartos e toalhas do hotel eram excepcionalmente limpos. Embora o menu do pequeno-almoço permaneça o Mesmo dia, a frescura Das ofertas fazia-o agradável todas as manhãs.Parque de estacionamento é estreito, MAS sempre consegui encontrar um Lugar de paz. Visitei o País de Gales Quase todos os anos, e parece que vou voltar para este hotel no próximo ano.

Paper thin walls and a ceiling that bounces when the people above walk around. 2am fire alarm which the receptionist didn’t seem to know what to do. Doors slamming and people talking in the main corridor through the night. Fair to say that I had very little sleep and will never ever stay here again.

Das Hotel ist neu, sehr sauber und verfügt über äußerst freundliches Personal. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, was für meinen Aufenthalt anlässlich des Cardiff Halbmarathons ideal war. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso das Abendessen. Mein Zimmer war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder.

Felizmente, o SEU Senior, Sr. Deepy, ouviu pacientemente a minha explicação e entendeu a minha taxa de quarto descontada, ele explicou tudo claramente e aliviou as minhas preocupações.Depois de alguns dias, o cartão FOI finalmente cobrado corretamente.

The place was nice and clean , easy to check into and onside parking , breakfast was nice in the morning too
