Service at front desk was good,lift to the third floor run smoothly, our room was situated next to a corridor door, which when someone passed through and left to swing shut,made our room door rattle. Room was dark due to scaffolding above windows, only two plug sockets,one for the mounted tv. Bathroom shower not very powerful, entertainment in the evening was good, good service at the bar and not overpriced, only stayed one night.

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful, Room was clean , beds comfortable ,we found the room very warm and was unable to open the window room 311, not a very view from this room. Hotel was full so unable to get another room . We had evening meal in the restaurant .food was excellent,and our waiter was very helpful. We had breakfast the following morning, but found that the bacon and black pudding was overdone as was the fried egg. But we should of waited for the Fresh cooked food to come out of the kitchen. Idid mention this to the waitress. Breakfast was the only downside to our stay

The location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!

I believe the hotel has recently changed hands and is now called The Seafront Hotel. Had seen some poor reviews so wasn't sure what to expect. Situated in a great location for Venue Cymru. The hotel is tired and dated but it was evident improvements were being made in the bar/dining areas. Also our room had an updated shower cubicle and overall it was very clean. Found all the staff pleasant and friendly. We were expecting to have something to eat before going to the theatre but they are only offering breakfast at the moment. Wasn't a problem though as Dylan's was a two minute walk away. Recommended by the receptionist and it didn't disappoint. Overnight the room was very warm but manageable. Breakfast was very nice and there was both continental or cooked. For the price I paid for my daughter and I we thought it was very reasonable.

The room was clean and tidy, the bay window was well lit, the facilities were very basic, the bathroom was newly renovated, not bad, the hook for hanging towels was not enough, and the bath towels and face towels for one person were enough.

The staff were lovely, especially the front desk and the restaurant. The pool area looked a little odd but was pleasant to swim in. The exterior of the hotel is tired and is undergoing remedial works but the bedroom was well appointed with a good quality Hypnos mattress and fresh fluffy towels. The location is spot on. It was a good stay for two nights to explore the local area.

Quaint room in great setting, excellent parking and very dog friendly. Nice touch with dog bed, water bowl and dog treat m.

What a wonderful hotel , me and husband loved it . The room was beautiful and great. The staff so helpful and friendly. The location is just stunning. I would happily stay at this hotel again

Close to the station Clean Stay at the stone hotel in the Welsh mountains, the picturesque valley outside the window. The fireplace is warm, the owner is warm, the homemade Welsh cake and the local malt are unforgettable. Waking up in the morning amid the bells of the flock and exploring the surrounding trails on foot is the perfect healing place away from the hustle and bustle

With very, very good staff, the room facilities may be a bit aging, timely feedback can get prompt service, such as a short time can not solve the situation will help change the room. The network signal in the room will be weak (there will be Wi-Fi/traffic difficulties, which is caused by the problem of the building itself, the network signal in the G floor is very good) Going out to the right is the beach. There are many restaurants on the left side street, of course, you can also eat in the hotel (the hotel is loved by local old people, there will be music activities at night (I don't know if it is fixed)
