É um hotel bastante agradável pelo preço. Quarto, varandas agradáveis, limpo o suficiente. No entanto, um pouco longe / uma caminhada de onde você pode querer estar, e embora perto do mar, a proximidade mais próxima não é muito agradável. Nem cafés agradáveis nem supermercados decentes em qualquer lugar lá dentro. Nenhuma cafeteira ou geladeira. Menos para serviços/comodidades, ou melhor, falta deles. Piscina aberta apenas até às 19h30, e não há pastelaria ou comida depois do pequeno-almoço terminar às 9h30. Quase nenhum café. Todos tristes e rançosos/cansados.

O hotel era Muito limpo e bonito, o que era ótimo.O pessoal do hotel era útil, MAS a localização não era tão boa, não havia lojas, e a praia estava Mais longe do que esperava. Não foram fornecidos champôs ou escovas de dentes, MAS não há lugar para comprar aromas, então você precisa ser preparado.
Eu escolhi este hotel para apanhar o voo inicial, porque este hotel está perto do aeroporto. Por isso pedi ao hotel para reservar um táxi. Mas o táxi me cobrau o preço fixo de 20 € por 5 minutos de carro. Devia ter ficado num hotel perto do centro da cidade e pegar um táxi de metros.

The hotel staff and view is amazing. Food is really simple and good. Room was fantastic with sea view , very calm and quiet . I am happy we got room not to road view because it looked very crowded and noisy. The only bad things very unhygienic bathroom mostly shower-cocaroaches running and very untidy. Andhorrible smell after the night in all hotel-looks like farm smell ir smth like that. Very unclean coffee cups and coffee machines atbreakfast buffet. Overall i am satisfied with my

O hotel é um hotel de 5 anos, com UMA experiência Muito maravilhosa, e é UMA piscina familiar múltipla (incluindo UMA piscina ideal para crianças) e UMA praia privada com atividades de desportos aquáticos que Nunca foram demasiado cheias. Nossos filhos jogaram no clube de crianças e as atividades oferecidas ao longo do dia.
O buffet tinha algo para todos e quando não, o pessoal trouxe algo para as crianças.O pessoal estava bem-vindo, útil e sempre sorriu, e tudo de quartos para áreas comuns estava inspotente.
O hotel não está no centro da cidade, mas gostámos da localização tranquila.Há restaurantes e lojas perto, e é apenas uma curta viagem do aeroporto. Em geral, é UMA Grande escolha para as famílias procurarem UMA férias de praia relaxante, bem organizada e divertida.

My stay at the hotel was mostly good — the room was clean and the reception staff were really helpful and lovely. The only downside was how noisy the neighbors were, which made it hard to relax. Overall, a decent stay but the noise was a big issue.

Central location of Larnaca, 5 minutes walk to the beach, many shops, restaurants and cafes around. Great view of the cathedral from the windows. Excellent value for money. Special thanks for the 24-hour reception and rental of adapters for sockets.

The breakfast was great. The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car. For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserGreat location in a calm, tranquil village about 30 minutes by bus from Larnaca. Short walk from the beach.
Nice Mediterranean and Western breakfast, and restaurant available throughout the day and evening.
Was kindly upgraded to a garden suite, so not sure what the main hotel rooms are like.
Staff very polite and helpful
Only issue was my booking was for one person, but included breakfast for two. Tried to get this changed by Trip.com and the hotel, but both parties put the responsibility on the other and the issue didn't get resolved

GGuest UserThe Frangiorgio Hotel is situated in a quiet area of Larnaca, within a comfortable six-minute walk to Finikoudes beach and the boutique shopping district.
The hotel maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout. The shower facilities provide consistent hot water with good pressure and come equipped with high-quality botanical soap.
Each room includes practical amenities such as a kettle, premium tea and coffee, cane sugar, bathrobes, slippers, and a safe. My room featured a balcony overlooking the street, offering views of nearby buildings along with a pleasant perspective of the western mountains.
The reception staff is very professional. Breakfast is served on the sixth-floor terrace, which offers elevated views over Larnaca. The buffet selection included omelets, pancakes, cereals, cheeses, beans, vegetables, jams, pastries, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and various meats. This rooftop area also features a small swimming pool and showers, although I didn't use these facilities during my visit.
Having stayed in many hotels worldwide, I found the Frangiorgio Hotel to deliver superior service and good value. While categorized as a 3-star hotel, it compares favorably with many 4-star properties. The discounts available to Trip.com members make this a particularly appealing option.

PPrezes TravelTime seems to have stood still in this hotel. The style is reminiscent of 80s classic nouveau. It's generally clean, but lacks some extra amenities like a razor, for example. A pleasant surprise was finding a hairdryer and a fridge in the room. I read a lot about this room, but I guess I got a really good one.
Also, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM – a basic English breakfast (good food by local standards) and drinks (juices, tea, coffee). The cost of breakfast is 5 euros.

MM.N.ButtLovely little hotel tucked up a cobbled street, just off Kalavasos village centre piazza. Possibly a converted old residence, lots of character.
My trip required me to be near this village to easily visit friends residing there, and I just required a comfortable bed and clean bathroom as would be out during daytime.
This small hotel met my requirements.
Modern fully equipped bathroom, with rainshower, and large tub too ( jacuzzi function wasn't working). Towels changed daily.
Large comfortable bed with clean sheets.
Stocked minibar.
Free drinking water not provided.
Room furniture was a bit rustic but in usable condition.
Room corners etc could be cleaned a bit more carefully.
Breakfast buffet was included in my room rate and was minimal but sufficient, unless you're a heavy eater.
Overall, if I ever revisit Kalavasos, I may pick this place again, as it met my needs plus manager and staff were quite pleasant.

GGuest UserAfter our family vacation, I stayed here for two more nights on my own. I absolutely loved the cozy, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere! Not only does the hotel have its own private beach for guests to enjoy water sports, it's also located in the middle of the most beautiful section of the seaside promenade. Taking a daily stroll along the promenade, taking in the surrounding ocean views, exchanging friendly greetings and even chatting with passersby was a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant's breakfast ingredients were incredibly fresh and generous, and the dinners were meticulously prepared, with the chef proactively seeking feedback. The location right by the sea, with stunning views and a well-chosen music selection, created a relaxing and relaxing holiday atmosphere. The hotel also has its own parking lot, making it convenient and safe from the sun. There are many other lovely details, too many to mention. Overall, I absolutely loved it!

Self-check in was explained very good via e-mail some days ahead.
Very clean new room, small tough. But sufficient for some days. On the long term I would miss a pool and the sea view as well.

The staff were really friendly, especially the smiling lady at the front desk. My room was nice - modern, spacious, with a good balcony. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.
Food was a highlight. Breakfast had lots of choices. Lunch and dinner were amazing - the chef is really talented. I enjoyed every meal.
The hotel has a long family history, which gives it a special feel. It's not like a big chain hotel at all.
Only small issue: could use more hooks for clothes in the room and bathroom.
Overall, I had a great time. The mix of friendly service, good food, and nice rooms made for a great stay. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

许许This hotel is very close to the city center, the rooms are the right size, there is a swimming pool on the roof and you can see the sea. Breakfast is average, but can be eaten with freshly squeezed orange juice. It is also very close to the beach from the hotel. Just go through a McDonald's.
