We had a wonderful stay at Shuiyunlan Hotel in Wuhan. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and elegance. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff were especially impressive, polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and transportation. OI would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan.

衞生:房間衞生打掃的比較乾淨，可能是時間長了有的地方有些發黃。 環境:周圍環境挺方便，樓下就是著名的糧道街，離黃鶴樓和長江大橋民主路户部巷都很近，就是房間隔音一般，晚上大街有點吵鬧聲屋裡會聽見。 設施:各項設施配置完善，由於是老房子改造的沒有電梯，窗户地毯地板啥的稍顯老舊，好在可以免費停車。 服務:缺什麼直接找老闆要，服務沒的説，老闆親自指引停車，還會介紹武漢的風土人情，點贊👍🏻

Location is at T2 and If you landed in T3 have to walk 10mins to T2 then cross over the road. Their service was very good, room is very clean and breakfast was great too... Will stay here again if coming to Wuhan again

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. 這次行程在這家住了四個晚上，大人 小孩 狗狗都特別喜歡。乾淨無異味，寬敞明亮。喜歡恩施這個城市，美食 美景，也喜歡這裏的人們。必須為店主和工作人員點贊和鼓勵。對我們全家老小很照顧，好推薦了好吃的餐廳.人生之路起起落落，遇到的人也都是緣分，在旅行中同行人最重要，家人是永遠的支持，這個民宿讓我們有回家的感覺，下次來恩施必須還來這家。👍

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

Hotel are under renovation upgrading, the staff told it will be have construction sound start from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and hotel located at most busy street, after 10pm still noisy outside, but the hotel will provide ear plug, very good service. The room is clean and spacious, highly recommend if accepted the environments here are noisy.

The overall aspects are very balanced and the living is very smooth. The dining is simple and exquisite, the taste is reliable, and the daily dining is completely enough. The front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and the problem is solved in a timely manner. The room hygiene is quite good, living quietly and relaxing, and the quality of sleep has improved. The hotel is nice and worth the price. The room was same as shown in the official photos. It’s centrally located in the Jianghan Street Market, so everything is nearby—from dining and shopping to sightseeing spots. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Everything else is perfect

Com o nível de um hotel 5 estrelas, e merece uma avaliação de 5 estrelas de viajantes da França que se hospedaram lá por 5 noites. Serviço incrível, camareiras eficientes e simpáticas, ótimo buffet de café da manhã. Localização privilegiada perto da estação de metrô Hongkong Road (literalmente a 1 minuto a pé). Boa localização perto da estação ferroviária de Hankou. De todos os hotéis em que me hospedei, a academia do Wuhan SGL é a melhor de todas. Totalmente equipada com máquinas, barras, rack para agachamento, muitos halteres, máquinas auxiliares, esteira... Nunca vi uma academia de hotel tão bem equipada e, para todos os que gostam de se exercitar, não se decepcionarão. Com certeza voltarei na minha próxima viagem a Wuhan.
