Com um voo por volta das nove da manhã do dia seguinte, decidi ficar diretamente no aeroporto. O hotel fica no Terminal 1 e é preciso pegar um ônibus de translado para o Terminal 2, que passa a cada meia hora. Os quartos externos têm vista para a decolagem e aterrissagem dos aviões no terminal, e o barulho é aceitável. O estilo geral é bem consistente com a rede da marca, a decoração é relativamente nova e parece bem limpo.

Há muitas instalações, considerando que este hotel é Muito barato, é realmente um BOM hotel. Perto do aeroporto, MAS Pode levar algum tempo para ligar para um táxi se você estiver a fazer UMA Hora estranha de voo.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

Weather in Haikou was a little gloomy, but Erin went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. She was readily available on WeChat to answer my queries and gave me good recommendations on how to best spend my time in Haikou. Overall the hotel was also comfortable, and I love that there is an indoor kids playground which my daughter had so much fun in, and also that it’s close to the beach! The buffet breakfast every morning also served up a good spread, but their international dinner buffet was the best!

On 21/02 around 2.30pm we reached at the baimajing station we supposed to find our complimentary bus to the hotel but we dont managed to get a bus. So what we did was we took a normal public buses to the hilton flower about RMB2 they gonna bring you to the haihua island no3 then to the haihua no 1 everything went smooth during check in that a one bellboy guide us till to our room with a complimentary local fruits from the hotel. We received a birthday surprise from the hotel side management and really love the effort ❤️. The room is so spacious and well maintained. The place was so calm which is i would say to those one need a perfect peaceful vacation may go to haihua island. The hotel got provided buggy services to any island area and just need to book in advance. And the hotel was so convenient with walking distance you may go to the food street restaurant and outlet clearance stocks high end brand area. And to those muslim that a 2 halal restaurant which is so convenient and affordable price. And oh yea the hotel breakfast i a lot of choices that a western and some Chinese style. And those Muslim you may get vegetarian or vegan options for your breakfast. The front desk is so friendly even that’s a language barrier but they try their best on our request with a google or we chat translate And for sure i will be back again ❤️ thank you so much for the kind and sincere service that i received, being so welcoming while i stay there and make me fill like a home ☺️

O MEU amigo e EU reservamos um quarto duplo com dois camas de solteiro, para um preço excelente.Ao chegarmos, nós fomos atualizados para UMA suite com quartos separados e casas de banho separadas, que é tão surpresa e tão bonita. O nosso recepcionista Wuyan foi muito simpático e ofereceu um excelente serviço, respondendo a todas as perguntas e mostrando paciência quando não podíamos falar a língua local.Temos uma visão da piscina e do porto rodeado por montanhas e vegetação tropical. Estamos a um passeio muito curto para a Praia de Dadonghai. Foi UMA viagem fantástica, obrigado!

É um hotel decente com preço econômico.Limpeza de folhas de cama 1 copo por cama.A ar condicionado funciona, MAS precisa de um pouco de tempo para se arrefecer 😂 A casa de banho é limpa, não há água quente cheira, não há mosquito 🦟 fora do quarto do nível 6 TEM um BALCO adorável. O hotel fornece transporte do aeroporto de melan e para o aeroporto de melan 👍🏻

We were unlucky to stay in the hotel during typhoon. So we could not enjoy any of the facilities as they have nothing indoor. The hotel has excellent location but besides that it was just an average hotel. The worst thing is the attitude of staff. A male staff on reception was very rude and did not want to answer any questions or help us. This was the first time when we asked hotel to give us baby potty but were refused, they said it’s only provided in family rooms. If hotel has them why not to provide it by request to make life of guests comfortable?.. this shows the low level of services. The hotel makes money on Russian tourists who come via agents and they don’t care about their quality. I’ve been in Sanya many times in different hotels but service of this hotel was one of the worst… breakfast is very poor, basic Chinese breakfast , but there is even no yogurt for breakfast, which is typical in Chinese hotels. In terms of cleanliness, the water jar in the room was full of black mold, and the water was licking from the sink, finally chopsticks in their restaurants were dirty, which was horrible! The facilities are quite old. Our fridge did not work, but we didn’t know it as the light there was on, so we put milk inside to find out later that it became bad so we threw it away :-( The price is reasonable but only for bigger rooms, the standard room is extremely small.

1) Check in was smooth and fast. The hotel arranged our 4 rooms on the same floor, this was very helpful as travelling with my elderly mom. 2) Rooms are spacious and very clean. Room amenities well equipped. Only thing the in-room mini bar served only tea bags. For coffee drinkers, need to bring your own ready mix coffee and stirrers. Or just walk out the street or ******* if need coffee. 3) Hotel has many meeting rooms for wedding or event. on 25 Oct we saw at least 6 wedding cars at the foyer area. 4) Location is pretty centralized and can view the space center from some room, the hotel AI will send great information via Trip.com once your booking is confirmed. Very good innovative.
