Beautiful hotel at the top of this financial center popular with influencers given their famous Storm spa (similar to the one in Milan) which guests have a 30 minute booking slot for (6 guests at a time) Notwithstanding the above, the service provided is excellent with our 24-hour personal concierge Moon being super responsive and helpful through WeChat. We utilized their free 5-items a day laundry too and got all items back washed and laundered the next day. Small attention to details from the staff include tying up charging cables so they all appear tidy and neat - small touches which truly makes the service here top notch!

Escolhemos este hotel entre os muitos disponíveis em Chongqing e não nos arrependemos da nossa estadia. A distância da estação de trem é de cerca de 40 minutos de Didi. Para entrar no lobby do hotel, mesmo com muita bagagem, não há problema — existe um caminho alternativo, evitando a necessidade de subir as escadas. Ao entrar no lobby, você encontrará vários recepcionistas; dirija-se ao da esquerda. O check-in foi rápido e pudemos ir direto para o nosso quarto. O quarto era exatamente como nas fotos. Tinha máquina de lavar roupa, forno, micro-ondas, fogão, pia, sofá e banheira. No entanto, não utilizamos todas as comodidades — principalmente a banheira, que parecia não ter sido usada há muito tempo, pois a água que saía estava um pouco suja. O vaso sanitário tinha bidê e o chuveiro era excelente, com jatos laterais ótimos para massagear as costas e os ombros. Havia também um secador para meias e roupas íntimas. O quarto tinha duas camas de casal — uma do lado de fora, ao lado do sofá, e outra dentro do quarto. Os recepcionistas foram muito rápidos em responder às nossas dúvidas e ficamos muito satisfeitos com o serviço. O café da manhã também era bem variado e tudo estava delicioso. A localização é muito estratégica, perto de Jiefangbei — apenas a um quarteirão do hotel. Há muitos restaurantes locais nas proximidades, incluindo casas de macarrão e restaurantes de fondue, e Shibati fica a apenas 10 minutos a pé. Lamentamos ter ficado apenas 3 noites — queríamos ter ficado mais tempo devido ao conforto do hotel. No nosso último dia, quando fizemos o check-out, um funcionário com um brinco na orelha esquerda (esqueci de perguntar o nome dele) nos ajudou a levar a bagagem até o Didi e a nos comunicar com o motorista pelo aplicativo. Muito obrigada pelo excelente serviço. O Asiam Hotel é realmente a melhor escolha para turistas que visitam Chongqing pela primeira vez.

Back to stay here in our 5 nights’ trip in Chongqing, having stayed over in Chengdu for one night. The hotel was able to keep our main suitcase for a day without charge so we could travel light to Chengdu. They have 24 hour policy, and we were probably away for like 36hours, so thanks for accommodating our request for free though I didn’t think it was problem because we are booked for another night. This time I booked a slightly better room and had the better view towards the clock tower and the night scene on buildings that lights up was spectacular. The service is minimal with the reception on 46th floor, and using the translation device. There are 4 lifts to this floor but it can be a long wait as it’s a building with 50 floors and seems to be hosting many other hotels in it. Amenities were good, the shower head needs updating, but worked ok. Busy area but quiet due to the rooms so high up. Close to many shops and restaurants and there was a charming small old market and a big supermarket within 10min walk. From the airport, it was about an hour on Metros (quite busy) and 30minutes ish on Didi (taxi app) on the way back in the morning.

We spent a couple nights and we loved it! The staff was super helpful from the get go, helping us find the hotel beforehand. They were accessible from WeChat at all times which really helped. The view from the room is incredible! That the amenities were clean and working properly. The pool takes a bit to fill but it was a great experience to see the views at night while at the pool. In 30 min walk you could be already close to Chongqings downtown so the location was also great! Also 10 min walk from metro. Totally recommend!

Adorei a localização e o ”quarto de influenciador”. A vista era incrível, principalmente à noite! O quarto era muito moderno, com sensor no vaso sanitário e cortinas eletrônicas. Zeng Xue foi muito prestativa e me ajudou com a lavanderia. Ela foi simpática e gentil. Uma dica útil para encontrar o hotel: coloquem o nome dele na rua e na entrada do prédio para facilitar a localização. Eu não consegui encontrar, pois só leio inglês. Acho que seria útil e apreciado por viajantes internacionais. O hotel fica na rua/beco bem em frente ao cruzamento. A entrada fica à direita da escada; pegue o elevador até o 12º andar. Ótimo hotel e serviço. Com certeza, recomendo se hospedar aqui!

A generous 80 square meters, more than enough space. A bathtub is standard, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows frame the magnificent confluence of the two rivers and the outline of the Chongqing Grand Theater. The hotel also has a full range of restaurants and bars. It's super convenient to stay here～ Only 700 meters from Hongyadong! #Chongqing

The two-bedroom apartment is very well-equipped. It has a master bedroom and a secondary bedroom, plus two bathrooms, with an en-suite in the master. It's perfect for families traveling together. The kitchen is also fully equipped, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended.

Outro ponto que para mim é crucial para decidir se voltaria a ficar nesta marca de hotel é a qualidade do gel de banho, do shampoo e do condicionador. São coisas que não custam muito dinheiro e podem melhorar significativamente a qualidade do hotel. Por último, gostaria de mencionar que, afinal, o seu hotel está numa zona turística, mas num local visível, não vejo banners ou anúncios de 'passeios de um dia pela região'. Isso facilitaria muito para turistas que visitam este lugar pela primeira vez. Se tivessem estas coisas, eu recomendaria com muito mais confiança a amigos que nunca estiveram em Chongqing! The best thing about this trip was choosing the right hotel. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm, home-like atmosphere. First, let's talk about the service: the lady at the front desk had a super sweet smile and checked me in very quickly. While waiting for my room, she brought me a warm cup of water, and half of my travel fatigue instantly vanished. What moved me even more was when I returned to the hotel at night feeling unwell. I tried calling the front desk to borrow a thermometer, and to my surprise, the staff not only brought it up quickly but also specifically explained the instructions. I was truly touched by their thoughtfulness. Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to go anywhere. There's a convenience store and a subway station downstairs. In short, this stay completely exceeded my expectations and offered excellent value for money. If you're looking for a place where you can rest your tired body and feel warmth, this is definitely the right choice!
