Ah, o Hotel Indigo Brussels – onde a decoração é tão vibrante quanto um jardim botânico, mas as paredes são tão finas quanto a pétala de uma tulipa. Vamos começar pelo café da manhã: por € 25 por pessoa, seria de se esperar um banquete real. Overall, my stay was excellent. The only aspect that fell short was the television, as it was not a smart TV. In this day and age, having access to platforms like YouTube or Netflix is expected in a hotel room, and the lack of it made the in-room experience somewhat less enjoyable.

This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff.

A sala é muito limpa, perto do Jardim Botânico, da estação de metrô, o bonde é conveniente para viajar, os funcionários são simpáticos.

Hotel muito, muito bom, embora nem todos os artigos de higiene pessoal sejam fornecidos, mas você pode pedir. Ótima marca de xampu e gel de banho. Biscoitos de boas-vindas gratuitos, que são deliciosos. A 5 minutos a pé da estação de metrô e com uma sensação de segurança.

Paguei mais caro para ter uma geladeira, mas o hotel não tem. Na primeira noite me ofereceram com uma que não funcionava. No segundo do dia, após reclamações me ofereceram uma que era freezer. O quarto tinha um aquecedor com defeito. Pelos comentários de outros hóspedes verifiquei que o problema da geladeirá e recorrente. Não existe quarto com geladeira funcionando. Eles ficam transferindo voce de quarto. Não paguem mais caro para ter uma geladeira porque não tem.

Conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around the city and the bathroom and room were quite clean. However, despite locking the door and hanging the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the cleaning staff entered our room early in the morning. And the toilet flushing system was bit unreliable, sometimes not working properly.

The hotel itself is pretty nice. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast was nice too. Brussels as a city is not something I enjoyed- there were lots of homeless people around the hotel at night time. At a point while coming from station to the hotel at night, I felt like I might get mugged. Nothing against the hotel though - the hotel is great.

A sala estava limpa e espaçosa.A localização é excelente, porque o hotel está diretamente ao contrário da estação de comboio, e a maioria dos lugares de visão estão dentro de um caminhão de 10–20 minutos. Viajamos para Bruxelas principalmente para os mercados de Natal, que se espalharam por diferentes áreas da cidade, e conseguimos chegar a todos eles a pé. Embora o pequeno-almoço não seja particularmente impressionante, ainda é conveniente e agradável incluir no alojamento.
