Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Room was tiny but as a solo traveler, I made it work. Location was good, just a short walk to a major street with lots of transport options to the airport or downtown. Best of all, I was allowed to check in early.

Хорошее местоположение, тихо и спокойно, но, в то же время, пешком пройтись по пляжу до тусовочных мест ~ 15 минут. Пляж рядом с отелем ежедневно убирают, мы бронировали данное место из-за красивого вида из номера + расположения, жили на 3-м этаже. Остались довольны, номер убирали ежедневно, есть вкусные завтраки с оплатой на месте, персонал очень приветливый и поможет с любым вопросом. Если идти в сторону скал от отеля, то там будут ещё почти безлюдных 2 пляжа. Думаю, что в следующий раз вернёмся сюда, так как нам всё понравилось)

Reasonably maintained building, good water heater in both rooms I was at, reasonably fast and stable wifi, everyone was nice, professional an polite. was a comfortable 'home away from home' in Bacolod. Nice authentic filipino breakfast options for a 'foreigner' to taste some local food. Super central location. I was able to just walk everywhere.

O hostel é muito legal, cama enorme, algum movimento periodicamente, ótima música (agradecimento especial pela escolha do repertório), não gostei do café caro e da falta de algum tipo de cozinha para os hóspedes, afinal, para quem aluga um hostel é muito caro gastar tanto, além disso eles também cobram taxa de serviço. Fiquei muito chateado porque eles pararam de trocar as toalhas, como foi dito a cada 3 dias, e no geral havia confusão regular com toalhas: uma pessoa sai, eles pegam sua toalha e deixam a toalha dele. Mas! Neste albergue há basicamente toalhas gratuitas, o que já é bom) se estiver frio por causa do ar condicionado, você pode pedir um cobertor, eles têm;)

Во первых, отличное местоположение, пенная доступность от всего (white beach, d mall, набережная), при этом достаточно тихая местность, НО прям под окнами церковь, в которой очень часто проходят концерты, до поздней ночи… В номерах чисто, НО за 5 ночей у нас убирались один раз, и то это мы попросили Завтра на любителя, порционно, местная кухня (рис, яйцо и гарнир на выбор) Очень любезные работники, всегда были готовы помочь ! В целом рекомендую!

the location is not easy to find and is not near to any mall or other convenient store is also very far from the main city and also so difference from the picture im to fair from my comment but i think is not really a good choice to stay

Overall, the was good and the staff are very nice and responsive. But the problem with their room accommodation is their bathroom. The source of water is not that strong and i have to make effort just to be bathed. Maybe, the reason is we were in third floor that's why the water source is not that strong. But overall, my booking with them is amazing.

The staff said they only have family but they accept my booking for couple. When we arrive they said our room is on their extension building but it was another accomodation with different name.. But we have no choice because we need to rest so we accept it.. Theres no hot and cold shower. The tv is old and no clear channels.

We always stay there when we go to Bacolod City. It's right on the highway and if we need to board the ship the pier is just down the street. Breakfast is okay. Guards are always kind and remember us. Super cheap and decent place. Also lots of parking. Good AC.

o pessoal é muito fácil de aceder, são todos de natureza e sempre sorrindo na cara.A localização também é conveniente, pois há muita loja de alimentos fora do hotel e a limpeza do hotel é 10/10. É seguro ficar no Hotel Urban.
