The hotel boasts excellent transport links, with a metro station right downstairs. It's also just a 1km walk to the major Catalunya station, from where you can easily take the metro to places like Park Güell and Casa Batlló. Popular attractions like the Barcelona Cathedral and 'The Kiss' mural are only about a 15-minute walk away. The room itself was generally good, but the lighting was a bit dim, and I felt it really needed a desk. Having to put everything on the wardrobe shelf wasn't very convenient. On the positive side, the kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, and cutlery – that was a nice touch!

As an active traveler I definitely have a very high level of judging hotels after just a few minute into the building. I must say with this one it was a good surprise to see how the service and amenities surpassed my expectations. From the superb location to the surprisingly quiet rooms. My worry was actually just about that part and ofcourse the cleanliness. The only downside was the bed, a bit too hard for my liking and the matras did feel a bit dented on the sides. Soo overall I must say it surpassed the 2 stars for me, a 3 should be more suitable if I need to compare it with other 4 star hotels I stayed in. Shoutout to the receptionists who were all there to help with anything and everything. Josefine and Sebastian are great people with good ethics and respect. Thanks again and see you soon, for me only one hotel in Barcelona, and it is Standbyme 🥰cause everything is stood by in de hood.
