Our trip to Daming Lake was in December and a low season for travellers to this part of China. The hotel was located within the lake scenic zone and thus you need to arrange for the hotel for a transfer. After that from the hotel it is just a few minutes walk to another parking lot where you can easily get a didi ride. Note these are two different carpark. Free parking is available. From the our room terrace we could see the occasional boat moving past on its way around the daming lake region, note it is not noisy at all. The from the hotel you can easily access the lake’s sight and just a couple of minutes away from the pagoda where in the evening you could see lots of people in hanfu taking pictures as the lights get lit up level by level. From the hotel there is a short walkway whereby you can reach the main road where you can find all kinds of eateries , supermarket, spa , shopping etc. it sure beat staying in downtown Jinan. Strongly recommend this place if you are a tourist planning visits to the major attractions in Jinan.

Escaping the winter dust, I arrived in Jinan and checked into the Shangquan Lishe Baotu Spring branch. The stay was comfortable, the food delicious, and the view from the window added an extra touch of surprise. The scene inspired me to write a poem: Small Railing (An Accidental Stay at Shangquan): Indeed, winter has come to Jinan, a place more beautiful than the Jiangnan region. Green waves and hints of red, plump pines and slender willows, reflecting in the window. The White Dragon (Baotu Spring) graciously invites the Green Lotus (Li Qingzhao), beneath the bright moon and small railing. Leaning against the rocks, holding a book, one fishing, the other pondering fish, I push aside my pillow to listen to the spring. Thanks to Xiaoxue for the excellent service.

From the very first moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed. Even though there was a payment issue and the front desk staff couldn’t speak English, they tried their best to help and resolved everything with genuine care. The interior design was charming—like walking through a piano or music museum, full of details worth admiring. And the location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach, and only 3–5 minutes to the main street leading to Old Town. It’s truly a hotel that leaves you with lasting impressions. If I ever return to this city, I would choose to stay here again without hesitation—and I hope everyone gets the chance to experience it too.

This is an inn inside the ancient city scenic area. It is natural that the room rate includes tickets. Check-in is done at the tourist service center. The scenic area is not big, and the hotel is within walking distance from the entrance of the scenic area. The shuttle bus service is of little significance, but the luggage check-in service is still meaningful. The hotel is very close to the stage of the evening spring show, but on holidays, the exclusive area is also crowded. The overall development of the scenic spot is okay.

Flower-building Meiyuan makes the mountain climbing trip full of warmth At the foot of Mount Tai, there is a tasteful inn-Huazhu Meiyuan Inn (Hongmen Taishan Walking Mountaineering Store). After staying for two nights, I was completely circled. This is an ordinary inn. It is clearly a small Taoyuan in the downtown area. It must be given a five-star explosion! Recommended 1️⃣ Location: The inn is located in the middle of the Red Gate Tourist Service Center and the Tianwai Village Tourist Service Center. - Go left and walk for 10 minutes to the Red Gate Pass; - Go out and turn right and walk for 15 minutes to the bus stop in Tianwai Village. Our group went up the mountain in 2 batches, 💪 Young People's Inn departed, turn left to the Red Gate, and climb Mount Tai at night. 😁 Middle-aged and Elderly People's Inn departed, turn right to the tourist pick-up point of Tianwai Village. Whether it is 11 pm, Dai Yue, or 6 am, you will be at ease along the way. 2️⃣ ”Quiet in the middle of noisy”: The old street at the foot of Mount Tai is outside the inn. Breakfast shops, home-cooked restaurants, and small shops selling trekking poles are all in a row. If you want to eat Tai'an fried chicken and tofu banquet, you can find authentic restaurants when you go out. When I came back, I opened the door and entered the inn, and I immediately calmed down. The low building on the first floor surrounded the small courtyard. I couldn't hear the noise of the street and the rustling of the wind and leaves. We were tired after climbing the mountain on the first day, and went back to the inn to sit on the bamboo chair in the courtyard. We drank the Taishan tea sent by the store. We looked at the pine trees and flowers in the yard. We even felt smooth. 3️⃣ The rooms and small courtyards are all ingenuity in the details. The inn is an old house on the first floor. There are more than a dozen rooms next to each other, but each has its own small yard. The small courtyard at the entrance of the room we lived in was simply a ”cure corner” - there was a pine tree in the center of the hospital, the trunk was not thick but the branches were lush, and the store also set up a small stone table under the tree. After climbing the mountain, put the sweaty T-shirt and socks on the branches, and the mountain wind dried in the evening, 10 times more practical than the hotel's drying rack. During the trip for a few days, the weather forecast said that it was raining, and I didn't think that the rainy day of the inn was so pleasant. I was worried that I could not go out and it would be stuffy. As a result, I sat in the room and watched the rain under the Panasonic. The raindrops squeaked on the pine needle, dripping along the branches onto the bluestone slab, splashing small water, and took out the camera and took a lot of pictures, which was more beautiful than the sea of clouds on the top of the mountain. Not to mention the sunny days, I can wake up in the morning with the smell of pine fat, and sit in the courtyard in the evening to watch the sunset dye the distant mountains golden red. I have to say, ”This is much more interesting than staying in a star hotel.” 4️⃣ Focus on the service, the word ”home away from home” is too apt here. It was the afternoon when we arrived at the inn, and the big sister at the front desk took the initiative to help us. Stayed for two nights, from planning the mountaineering route, to arranging tickets for the Fengzen Festival (there are discounts), and then ordering a plate of incense mosquito repellent in the evening, and packed two bags for us before leaving. Everything is more thoughtful than ourselves. Looking back when I left, the red lanterns of the inn were on in the old street, and the shadow of the pine trees was cast on the courtyard wall. I suddenly felt a little reluctant. Next time I come to Mount Tai, I will definitely stay here.

The room was nice and spacious, with two beds that were probably 1.35 meters long. It was very comfortable. The soundproofing was average, which is understandable given the building's design. The guests next door were extremely noisy, and didn't quiet down until after 2 a.m. Service: The housekeeper, Xiao Gao, was excellent. He contacted me the day before check-in to confirm my check-in time. Upon arrival, he was very welcoming and attentive, arranging luggage check-in, providing the inn's exact address, a guide to local restaurants, and even evening show times. He even made breakfast reservations for the next day. He was very thoughtful. I would recommend this place to friends.

High cost performance, loft, two big beds, very suitable for family travel, privacy space is also very good. Go out through the underground passage to the beach, praise 👍🏻 This store is quite hidden, it looks very tall, booked in advance to a good location, the overall experience is very nice, a very satisfied hotel stay experience, sincerely recommend! The stay experience was very good, the staff Xiao Peng warmly smiled to greet, the hotel lobby was simple and atmospheric, the room environment was clean and tidy, the items were arranged in a well-organized manner, the room facilities were complete, everything was available, the stay was excellent, the hotel breakfast was varied and the taste was rich. Overall very good, very recommended! ! !

I'm quite satisfied with the room's condition and environment for this price.

I booked this hotel for my return flight, and the experience was really bad. I reserved a standard room, but both beds had hair on them. The cleaning staff also forgot to put disposable toiletries in the toothbrush holder, and there was hair in there too... I suspect the towels and bath towels weren't changed either, because laundered and ironed towels are usually a bit stiff, not soft and limp. I grabbed a towel and a bath towel to use for padding my clothes, and then when I looked back, the ones still hanging on the rack hadn't been touched, so I immediately didn't dare use them... The positives are that it was indeed cheap, only a little over a hundred yuan during the National Day holiday, and they offer 24-hour airport shuttle service. When I checked in at night, the front desk girl was all by herself, busy helping to change the sheets, and her attitude was consistently good. However, if you can't accept the downsides I mentioned earlier, I wouldn't recommend trying to save money here... Oh, I forgot to mention, even though it's a bit far from the airport and has soundproof windows, you can still hear planes taking off and landing at night, so it's not recommended for those sensitive to noise.
