The host is very good and friendly. They are very welcoming and give all information in detail. The food was amazing. We are vegetarian and she cook very yummy fried rice, mapo tofu, potatoes. In the end I tried to give some tips to one of the staff, but he denied. Best place to stay.....

The owner extreamly warm, helpful & very kind😊..communication is easy using trip, alipay chat or wechat fast response from the owner..the owner help me so much in arranging our transportation & activities there..the room very spacious and sparkling clean..additional value for this house is, u are allow to cook and they provide basic cooking utensil which is really helpful ! Will comeback here because it feels like home..

Awesome! The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming. They helped us quickly resolve any issues we had. They even arranged all our round-trip transportation. Plus, there were free frozen pears and persimmons to enjoy, and we got to try 'splashing ice into crystals' and 'ice tree and silver flower' activities for free. They even filmed videos and took photos for each of us! The inn is right next to the ski resort, and there are even silly roe deer around. We'll definitely come back!

we had a wonderful stay and this is one of the best homestays you can find in snowvalley. The homestay has a decent surrounding if you want to enjoy the snow and also some deers, haven't tried to pet them though. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, the owner Mr Old Tian always ensures our home warm while his wife keeps checking on our needs or plans if they can be of any help.Just tell them where you want to visit and they will arrange the transport for you. Overall I would recommend this homestay to everyone and certainly will book it again in the future.

The owners were great, very welcoming and helpful, they offered trips and help when needed, the rooms were spacious, spotless and warm, the food was delicious and they even cooked food for my son that wasn't on the menu, they taught us to make dumplings. In the small village there are other restaurants and a coffee shop and activities . The owners helped book activities and accompanied us for some, such as up to the mountain ridge and horse riding. We had bonfire and fireworks also whilst there. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely return again if we ever got the chance.

An absolutely wonderful stay! A big thank you to the hostess and our guide. We came with our child, and the experience was fantastic. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the guesthouse environment was lovely. The hostess even gave us a complimentary 'splashing water into ice' experience and some frozen pears and persimmons. Plus, there's free shuttle service to the main street, which is super convenient. The best part, though, is that right next to the guesthouse, there's a snow slope and slide built by the owners themselves, which the kids absolutely loved! 👍 On the second day, the guesthouse guide accompanied us throughout our trip to see the rime ice, taking photos and videos with great patience. We're very grateful!

This hotel is super easy to find, right off the main street. The huge courtyard is perfect for parking and also for playing in the snow with friends – there's so much space for building snowmen and having snowball fights. The room hygiene was impeccable; the sheets and bedding were clean and odor-free. The heated kang bed was warm without being stuffy, and the hot water in the private bathroom was consistently stable. The Northeastern home-style dishes at the restaurant were incredibly authentic; the stewed chicken with mushrooms and the pork with sauerkraut and vermicelli were generous and flavorful. The corn porridge and pickles for breakfast were also delicious. The owner was also incredibly helpful, arranging a shared ride to Snow Town and booking a package for snowmobiling and the traverse over Yangcao Mountain. We didn't have to worry about a thing; our entire Snow Valley trip, from accommodation to activities, was perfectly arranged. The experience was truly top-notch!

Stayed 5 nights in Snow Valley (2 nights at XHM, 3 nights at DZH). Giving a good review because: 1. The young proprietress provides excellent service. She's sincere, friendly, and genuine, which makes you feel relaxed and at ease. 2. The location is in the center of Snow Valley. The stage is just a few steps away, and there are plenty of food options outside, which is very convenient. The guesthouse also sells food, and it tastes quite good. Many people dine there for dinner. The proprietress has decorated the guesthouse exterior nicely. You can tell she put a lot of thought into it. Recommendation: There's an entertainment venue nearby (where you can enjoy activities like snow tubing) for about 50-100 yuan per person for a few hours. Recommendation: There's a lamb skewer shop right outside the guesthouse, and it's delicious. I went there for a late-night snack. Shop name: Brothers BBQ.

This guesthouse is absolutely divine! You can pet sika deer, cuddle fluffy white foxes, play with fairy wands, and eat candied hawthorn. Plus, my uncle even took us to explore Wusongling! The rooms are clean, and the landlady is so nice. Highly, highly recommend!

So, details about the hotel. It is probably quite new, so there is no cleanliness and repair of claims. The location is also super, right next to the huaf, across the road. Ladies on the resepschen are also responsive, young. But! The service is chrome, went to the bathroom paper room was not, had to go ask. When cleaning in the room, the water was not put new, the towels were changed, but in principle at home we too do not change towels every day, so no shit. So just the garbage was taken and everything. What didn't like much - in the shower you wash, the water didn't have time to go, soaked the floor to the door itself, that is, the toilet will already go to the next person. In the shower, there is no hook, and even a performance, towels hang nowhere. It was not yet liked that the railroads were all Chinese, ours were not oriented, had to buy a crossover. They have a box (photo appended) and in it ropes with different exits, such as it acts as a transition, but from it nothing is charged, maybe it is paid, we never understood. The TV is no Russian channel, well though it is modern and it was possible to chew the phone screen and watch the pinch before sleep. Still in the room is cold, the window is wild, despite the hot battery. And it is not still on the street. From the cold it is uncomfortable somehow. The hotel is small, there is no toilet in the hall, but in principle no problem after the eviction they let the room to the toilet go. Let the things to the customs at the receptacle. And we also liked the toilet with heating) until I didn't want to get up 🤣 Hotel is not bad, but with minus, next time we go to another one. Breakfasts didn't take.
