I stayed in vision apartments Zurich Wolframplatz for two weeks. The apartment was provided with a kitchen but unfortunately there was NOTHING that could be used for cleaning (only a very small bottle of soap), but no sponge, no glove, no broom, no damp cloths for cleaning. The cleaning lady never entered in my flat to clean. They neither entered to change my bed blankets or change the towels in the bathroom. For two entire weeks! I sent several emails to the customer service but I never received any answer during my stay. I called them and the only thing I obtained was to receive one set of clean bed blankets (that I had to change on my own, without anyone collecting the old set). On the phone, they apologized for the inconvenience but they told me that the cleaning day assigned to my room was fixed on Thursday and since I checked-in on Tuesday they decided not to provide the service because I was there only since two days and the next Thursday they did not clean because in a couple of days I would have checked-out. Very awful experience. Never again.
