Honestly, it is one of the cheapest hotels you can find and there was a lot of good things about this hotel. The main issue for us it that our key card stopped working at 5pm and even though we called to ask for help and spoke to a hotel representative (who was not based at the hotel) no one came despite saying they would come and help in 20 minutes. This meant one of us had to always be in the hotel room which meant we could not go out for dinner or leave together as we would have been locked out. What we liked - there were towels - there was a bed - there was shower gel and hair shampoo - there was a kettle - early check in - the hotel is attached to a cafe What could have been improved/ things you should be aware of - there is no lift - the hot water in the shower takes 7 minutes to work and then it scolds you and the choice is cold or scolding hot water - hair in the sink and shower when we arrived - very noisy neighbourhood - only one pair of slippers (even though 2 of us booked) - tea and coffee but nothing to stir the coffee/tea with - only 2 hangers to hang your clothes on - no safe provided - your knees hit the sink when you sit on the toilet
