先説優點：餐好吃！酒店外觀好看！ 但房間裝修很粗糙，入住舒適感非常差，沒有燒水壺，洗手間的面盆是一體式的淺面盆，用水就到處流，洗澡間隔斷也是不隔水，一洗澡廁所就滿地水。房間的設施趕不上國內的快捷酒店！ 現在最好不要來這裏，到處都在搞大基建，修高樓！

在小河邊上，很新很舒適，比一路上的酒店都更舒適。

房間不錯，服務很好，早餐也不錯，有泳池桑拿。

整體感覺很不錯。適合旅遊住宿

Very good property but very restrictive for wellness. Funny that 1) wellness is optional 2)TIMINGS ARE ODD 11AM ONWARDS Other facilities are bye-n-large ok.Food limited menu but very good. Food service excellent.

The worst thing we have ever experienced and we have traveled all over the world....Everything is completely OPPOSITE to the offer. A maximum of two stars, so let's go.. 1. The furniture is completely falling apart 2. The bathroom is so unusable that, for example, you can only use the hanging shower 3. two joined beds are sold as a French bed even though the website says that they have rooms with a FRENCH BED 4. Mattresses falling apart after two nights we got back pain 5. SPA center practically does not exist as well as the swimming pool which ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT FUNCTION because the water is ICE already more than a kilometer 9. the staff is just a story for itself, the owner of the hotel as well as the others are rude and arrogant; we witnessed the inappropriate behavior of the owner, who was on the verge of an incident with one of the hotel's guests, just because the guest asked for the heating to be turned up because his child was freezing in the room and the heating remote does not work 10. The offer states that the hotel has a playroom with a professional teacher and childcare, during our stay of 6 days we did not see such a person for a single minute, and when we asked, they just said "we don't have that", the playroom is so cold that it is practically unusable. Of course, this is our experience and you are free to use it check in that case GOOD LUCK!!! THIS HOTREL CAN RATHER BE CALLED "RESILIENCE" AND ARROGANCE

Hotel which would need more care and great need of attention. Broken furniture no aire conditionned and room much too hot too sleep. Globally unfriendly welcome. I have been refused the entrance to the pool because supposedly I add a second tarif while no written no way. Please avoid. There are plenty of new hotels near by

Staying in this hotel was the best decision for accommodation during our trip. The views from the room is amazing. The location is oerfrcr, just 10 mins walk to the city center. The restaurant in the hotel has some amazing options to choose from. Love the breakfast options. And the room is huge! The staff is so polite and accommodating. If you are heading to zlatibor, I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Интерьер отеля хорош, все новое, приятно находиться в номерах. Из минусов: платный бассейн и сауна. При чем на рецепции, когда уточняла время работы бассейна, администратор ни слова не сказала что он платный. В информационной папке в номере отеля о стоимости услуг бассейна ни слова. Женщина, которая в Wellness-центре выдаёт полотенца, сказала что все бесплатно. Когда я уже купалась в бассейне, мне сообщили что посещение бассейна и сауны оказывается платное и стоит 10 евро или 1160 сербских динар‍♀️ Ужины ужасные в кафе на 1 этаже отеля (хотя на букинге читала хорошие отзывы о кафе). Я заказала курицу гриль (автоматически идёт с гарниром картофель-фри) и отдельно овощи на гриле. Картофель-фри был не первой свежести, хотя официант утверждал обратное и активно потирал нос. Курица была со странным привкусом. На мою претензию насчёт картофеля никто не извинился, с чека блюдо не сняли и стоимость его не уменьшили. Как итог: отель приятен в части интерьера номеров, в остальном оставил странное впечатление.
