為了近東江湖景區訂的這個酒店，早上不堵車的情況開車到東江湖景區衹要10分鐘。到高椅嶺景區25分鐘。房間有度假村的介紹，原來這個度假村規劃有四期的，現在我們住的是一期。住的四樓，沒有電梯，前台沒有幫忙拿行李，自己需要拿箱子爬樓梯，這個服務期望能得到改善。度假村前台有湘菜館，早餐也是在這裏，晚上吃過一頓晚餐，出品好評。早餐就略顯簡單，吃的東西不多，但是可以煮殺豬粉，也算能吃飽。

房間衞生很乾凈，裝修風格我很喜歡，那種簡單又給人帶來一種舒服的感覺。他們的工作人員非常熱情和專業。每個問題都能得到耐心細緻的解答，讓我們感到非常滿意。他們的服務水平真的是一流的，讓我們完全不用擔心服務質量的問題。真的很不錯。環境空氣清新，無聊時還能去外面釣釣魚，欣賞周圍山水美景。很適合工作疲憊時，出來閑玩一天，放鬆放鬆心情。

家人們，發現一個寶藏酒店！酒店壞境真的很好，前台哥哥超級帥，服務態度是我遇到最好的了，特別有耐心，我們來的時候遇到了行李太多的問題，服務員看見了特別熱情的幫我們拿行李搬到房間，特別是我的行李特別重，服務小姐姐一直保持熱情的微笑，我都不好意思了。然後就是這邊有山有水風景特別優美，空氣特別清新，拍照特別出片，我喜歡房間又大又非常整潔，是我喜歡的類型，真的特別好，那裡的飯菜也特別好吃香香辣辣的是我喜歡的味道，真的特別好中國人不騙中國人。

家人們誰懂啊 環境真的好到不知道用什麼語言形容 本來是出來旅遊很晚了在攜程上隨便找到一個想着湊合一晚上就行了 沒想到環境和設施設備都很好特別是服務特別到位 我們大半夜打前台電話想要卸粧水他們5分鐘內就送到了還順帶拿上了卸粧棉和棉簽 房間的窗户和門設計我特喜歡很有新中式的感覺！！！電視也超高清不卡 廁所也沒有異味 真的超愛啊 出來外面特別多好看的花還有一條湖 湖裡還有魚 拍照特出片！！大清晨和閨蜜走在湖邊吹着微風真的絕了家人們 外面的花真的種的好好 空氣也好清新 在這邊吃了兩次晚飯徹底愛上了 想把廚師綁走的那種啊啊啊 真的超好吃 中國人不騙中國人！趕緊碼住 配的圖片沒有眼睛看到的好看 以後來這邊玩都會在這邊住 主要是價格也優惠哈哈哈

服務：工作人員服務熱情，差不多是有應必求，很有名宿風格比較人性化沒有商務酒店的死板
衞生：房間衞生乾淨，客房阿姨做衞生時很健談，聊了很多本地風土人情，很不錯
環境：環境相當棒，隨手拍都是美景，晚上睡覺很安靜，睡眠不好的人強烈推薦啊
設施：房間面積很大，衞生間乾濕分離很方便，特別還是智能馬桶的對於名宿來説是比較少有的，陽台外面就是小河晚上還有蟲鳴蛙叫，瞬間回到小時候啊有木有
總結就是特別推薦，性價比高，下次我還會再來的

高端大氣，古風典雅，獨棟別墅，獨立車位，住在2棟，就在大堂旁。
餐廳的阿姨非常有人情味，9:30結束時我才到，幾位阿姨給延長時間照顧我一人，必吃阿姨煮的米粉肉湯的木耳帶動口感一流，超乎預期地好吃，品種也夠。多煮一碗米粉放托盤幫我送到房間給太太吃，淡季去的工作人員比客人多，還能做自助早餐真不簡單。醃蘿蔔也很讚。
床是2米寬，床墊是30cm雅蘭雙層復合塑膠床墊，住過無數國際五星級酒店，這是極罕有能及得上家里床舒服的，太太也說睡得很好
地面層花草天天有專人打理，還有水龍頭，洗車很方便，阿姨還告訴我有水管可以用。
提示，秋冬天的陽台景觀一般，不用特地追求溪景，但晨曦豪華大床房真是值得體驗。樓底高，內飾太有格調了。
不足：房間里面有大約10隻椿蟲形狀的昆蟲，因為房間超大，所以不會覺得多蟲子，也是一種大自然的和諧體驗。
門鎖沒電，耽误了半小时，另外有房间出现同样问题。入住前最好让店家确认一下～。～，店大客少，有不足之处就体谅吧。
总的来说，住得很舒服，住的是人情味，吃的是人情味，还可以泡个浴。附近小东江，其实在酒店发呆一天也很惬意。

設施：洗臉盆設計的很奇葩，水龍頭伸出來那麼長，洗臉的時候會碰頭，臉衹能抬很高，水都留到水盆外面。水盆沒有枱麪，洗漱用品放不開。
最大的問題是淋浴水，忽冷忽熱，要不然就燙的不行，要不然就很涼，沒辦法調整到合適的水温。看其他評論也有同樣問題，10幾度的室温洗冷水澡，很容易着涼。
衞生：衞生可以接受，但是窗户上的原木上一層灰，估計是的很久沒有清潔了。
環境：一樓的房間都還沒有裝修，沒有什麼客人，一片蕭條。
服務：第一天晚上和前台接待説了第二天早上八點吃早餐，結果八點四分到餐廳一個人都還沒有，也沒有吃的。找前台換了白班服務員，説去叫人做早餐，等了二十幾分鍾才做好一碗米飯，還有些半成品包子饅頭。酒店的管理很有問題，晚班沒有交接好，白班不清楚，臨時從市區叫阿姨去做早餐。
