We wanted to stay at the hotel for the convenience of being near the airport. It great customer service. We ordered breakfast during our stay. The food was excellent.

This is my fourth time staying at Punta Blanca. I will never come to Zihuatanejo and not stay here at least 2 nights. It's the most relaxing spot in the area. Open ocean, and great pools in your suite, and a large main pool with stunning ocean views. The new rooms are amazing. My room had a massive deck with a huge pool both looking at ocean. The beach is amazing. Coming from BC it's amazing to have a Tofino feel with warm water:) The suites are huge. It's an amazing place to relax in the pool and the ocean.

I stopped into this hotel/restaurant for lunch. The food was mediocre, at best, but it wasn't expensive. When the bill cane, there was a large charge added to the food. I asked what is was, the waitress went to the manage and then came back. I was told it is the Resort Fee. I said we were here just for lunch, and didn't use the resort. The waitress went back to the Manager and returned. The words next to the fee were crossed out, and the word, TAX put in. I told the waitress that there is no food tax in this area. She went back to the manager for a long time, and came back with some other excuse, other than STIFF THE GRINGO, which the fee was. This is not a place for non-locals.

Punta Blanca is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. There are many spots to relax, the pool and grounds beautiful, and the rooms are fantastic. It is right on a long stretch of beach which is breathtaking. The owners are wonderful and hospitable people who treat their guests very well. I have stayed here on 2 separate occasions and have loved it every time. I highly recommend staying here!

Estuvimos muy a gusto, es una zona tranquila, poco movimiento de gente... El personal muy amable y servicial, hay aspectos a mejorar con respecto a las instalaciones... En nuestro cuarto había una puerta que daba a los boiler y estaba rota, por alli se metían mosquitos y nos dejaron varias ronchas... De alli en fuera todo lo demas bien...
