Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. The staff was warm and welcoming, and it was comfortable to return to the hotel after a day of playing. The hotel also provided a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities. I especially liked it.

The lobby is spacious and bright, the location is not bad, the high speed will be there for a while, the parking lot is also very large, passing by Zibo to stay for one night to find this hotel, breakfast is very rich, satisfied; The executive room is a bit mismatched, not big, slightly cramped, all four diamonds have not been equipped with no small refrigerator, obviously the mini bar on it is empty; The central air-conditioning is very slow. It is almost an hour before the indoor temperature has not come down. When ventilation, the windows can be opened very large. There is a safety hazard for children. The bedding is very old from the sheets to the sheets. The ceiling in the bathroom suddenly falls off the wall. , Neglected to repair, should be a ceiling; The special project corridor barbecue was not enjoyed. It was said that it was opened by the boss friend. After I went there, I said that the strings in the refrigerator were all frozen together. I couldn't take them out. Shouldn't it be fresh and worn? I went to the barbecue on the other side of the hotel. In short, there is a gap with another hotel with the same price in Zibo that I have lived in. Although this is the case, the evaluation still gives most satisfactory praise, but there is still room for improvement from very satisfied. I hope the hotel will work hard to improve the hardware.
