Starway Hotel (Zhuzhou Tianyuan District Central Hospital Store)

It’s a great hotel that is very new and modem. The rooms are a great size and feature a giant 75 inch tv recessed in the wall. There’s a fridge with coke and sprite and bottled water which is ( usually) topped up each day. The staff appear to nit be able to speak any English whatsoever, which could possibly be a big problem. The included breakfast is supposed to have a western portion but that was non existent, including no cold milk for the small amount of cereal they provided. The cleaning maintenance, especially in the public areas is quite poor, especially the carpeted areas including the lifts. The hotel isn’t complete yet, they are still working of different floors so that’s a reason for the dirt possibly. Smoking is everywhere including the lounge areas in the lobby and the breakfast area, but in this city, seems to be par for the course. (Revolting). The price is quite reasonable, given what you get, although i found out that the Hyatt Regency was only about $50 Australian dollars a night more and vastly superior. To sim up, you get what you pay for, but in this case, apart from the shortcomings mentioned, that’s quite a lot.

帶媽媽一起入住，酒店位置很好找，就在馬路邊，房間佈置合理，寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，設施也比較齊全，早餐很豐盛，就是電視機想換台看其他節目都是需開通VIP,長者家想看電視沒法看。

酒店地理位置優越，旅客入住方便，房間乾淨衞生，大堂過道環境優雅，客房設施齊全，早餐豐盛，服務周到，非常愉快的一次住宿體驗。如果再來株洲，還會居住。

很滿意很滿意，臨時出差定的酒店，三個姑涼，就定了親子家庭房，性價比很高。乾乾淨淨的，床很大裝修風格也很現代化。早餐很豐盛，總之很喜歡。不知道還有沒有機會來株洲出差，下次還要住這。

爬完武功山後直接開車到酒店，從辦理入住就不爽。到了那裡先是不能機器直接錄入身份訊息，還要把我們身份證全部拍照説之後在錄入訊息，不耽誤我時間，雖然不舒服但也表示理解。再是辦入住時間太長，不知道前台一直在搞什麼，我們一行人才下山開到酒店，超累，我還和前台説了快點很累，還在墨跡，後來就直接説要核對什麼訊息等我們入住你再核對，我要快點辦好入住，這裏怒氣值開始上升。然後就是去房間，我訂了兩個房，一個家庭房一個雙人房，結果給的是一個雙人房一個大床房，哈，又還要去溝通不能直接洗澡。在酒店房間打前台電話，一直就打不通，用房間座機打也打不通，不知道那種打七八個電話不接又有事的情況下，是不是都火冒三丈，反正我是。沒辦法又衹能去前台溝通，從發現到溝通到解決半小時就過去了。本來計劃到酒店迅速洗完澡去按個摩，因為這個也沒去成了。真的很無語。問題解決後有人提出過給個會員卡補償，哈，才不要呢。

房間非常大、且舒適，房間很乾凈，比我想象中好很多，臨時有事淺住了一下，給我留下了很好的印象。前台的小姐姐很漂亮温柔且熱情，辦理入住時很愉快。房間的床墊和枕頭睡得很舒服，讓我睡了一個好覺！下次還會選擇荷花酒店。

今年新開的酒店 環境很不錯 設施都是全新的 停車很方便 辦入住時前台小姐姐很熱情 看到我帶了小孩入住還提供了小朋友專屬的一次性拖鞋和牙刷 非常貼心！大廳有適合各個年齡段看的書籍 房間非常大，挺乾淨的。洗漱台上還準備了身體乳 ，這點很好。房間裏冰箱 ，有免費的礦泉水和飲料 ，晚上點了外賣還是智能機器人幫忙送到房間的，衣服都是洗好烘乾給送到房間，不得不説這個酒店服務挺用心的！
