The hotel is clean... But a bit old... Breakfast is not western accept the coffee machine.... Very nice stuff but no English at all.... They were very kind to give us a free laundry... But 48rmp per person for breakfast is not responsible

Everything was good except that we booked room with queen bed and manager on reception gave us room with 2 single bed. And when we came downstairs to change it, he tried to charge us 200 rmb for the queen bed room. Spent about 15 min of arguing to get what we paid for. Apart that, really nice hotel

酒店地理位置很好，對面就是西施大劇院，步行十分鐘就可以到萬豐廣場諸暨最熱鬧的商場，到西施故里景點也衹需開車十分鐘左右。去五泄風景區也很方便車程大約40分鐘左右。酒店停車🅿️方便，早餐也還可以。就是感覺酒店🏨衞生狀況一般，窗簾拉開，景觀玻璃窗上都是灰塵，與窗外的美景不太協調。

贊贊。酒店價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境衞生等比同價的酒店好多了，工作人員服務態度規範，值得推薦。酒店位置在市中心地段，環境很好，外出購物十分的方便，房間打掃的很乾凈，設備很齊全。特別推薦他家的早餐，非常美味

停車場足夠大，酒店設施也很齊備，住宿安靜，離西施故里也很近。位置很好，房間大，裝修也很不錯，但關鍵是完全沒有異味，乾淨整潔，早餐也算得上豐富，周邊也有很多吃飯的地方和小超市，很方便。前台服務熱情
