A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. A comida no resort era barata e decente. Pedimos churrasco self grill uma noite e isso foi incrível! O hotel também forneceu grades de cama e desinfetante a vapor para bebês. No geral foi uma estadia muito agradável. Altamente recomendado!

We stayed at Hengqin Sumlodol Camp as a family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were gracious, warm, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special — and a particular thank you to Blair, whose attentiveness and care truly set the tone for our entire visit. Even in the rain, the team thoughtfully provided umbrellas and raincoats for the kids, which we really appreciated. The lakeside BBQ was a highlight — quality family time in a setting that feels immersed in nature, yet still conveniently close to nearby attractions. The private cabin was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. A special mention to the staff member who helped late at night when I needed to collect our laundry in the rain — that kind of care really stands out. The friendly cats roaming the property were a delightful bonus, and the kids absolutely loved them. Overall, a genuinely memorable stay with exceptional service. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend Sumlodol Camp for families looking for something a little different.

I recently stayed at Sumlodol Hengqin Camping Town in Zhuhai with my family and friends , and it completely exceeded all our expectations. This place perfectly blends the charm of outdoor camping with modern comforts. From cozy cabins and well-equipped accommodations to the scenic park areas, kids’ sand play zones, and relaxing outdoor vibes, everything felt thoughtfully designed for a refreshing getaway. What truly made our stay magical, however, was the incredible service—particularly from Blaire the Customer Relationship Manager. Blaire went way above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was perfect. We were a group including young kids, and she personally took care of so many things: customisation of food to fit our vegetarian diet, helping with translations, arranging park tickets, and even going out of her way to cater to our specific family needs. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care turned what would have been a good stay into an absolutely amazing one. She was always just a message away, proactive, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Blaire is a true standout—thank you so much for making our memories so special! The facilities were excellent overall: clean and comfortable rooms with all the essentials, a great buffet with tasty local flavors, and plenty of space for the kids to play and explore. If you’re looking for a unique glamping or family-friendly experience in the Zhuhai/Hengqin area, I highly recommend Sumlodol Hengqin Camping Town. And if you go, be sure to say hi to Blaire—she’s the reason we’ll definitely be coming back!

Great environment and facilities to enjoy with loved ones. Feel like being in countryside of western countries.

The room was decent for the price and clean. We stayed in the family container. The bed was comfortable. The shower wall could be a little cleaner and a few more hooks to hang things up in the washroom but overall it was fine. Toletries all provided and a little fridge to keep things cold. The play area was suitable for my child as she likes to climb and there were lots of climbing platforms for them. Outside of climbing platforms, swing pulleys and the bike cars there was not much else for kids to play with. Please note the water area was closed so maybe that would make a difference next time we visit. The indoor play area was comfortable for very small children and for adults to supervise. The breakfast had lots of choices for Chinese and western guests. It was very busy at times to sit in the actual restaurant part on times. They did offer an overflow in the other banquet room on the hotel which is further away from getting food. Not a big problem but breakfast was busy albeit the staffs effort to clean tables quickly. The one minor problem was people barbecuing late at night starting at 10 pm right under our accommodations so that caused a little noise pollution. Also, the next morning when we went out there was still a pile of food and beer cans on the ground there. More people’s disobedience than the hotel problem however I think the hotel can enforce BBQ times or do a final check at 10-11 pm to enforce this a little more for families with small kids staying there as some accommodations are pretty close. The next day on check out we were told we could play inside with so we changed our plans but when we went to the gate we were told we couldn’t so we had to arrange different plans for the day again. Just a minor mix up but proper communication between staff would have helped. Overall though, the staff were friendly and we even received a call asking about our stay and that was appreciated. We have no problems recommending the hotel. It’s a good visit for a day or two.

Large site with plenty of activities for the kids. There is a free shuttle to get around. We stayed in a family container which has two separate bedroom areas and 4 beds in total (incl a bunk bed). Breakfast was in the main hotel and there was a good selection. The site has a large park which you need to pay extra to get into, there’s plenty to do there

A fabulous place for families with kids. Everything is fine but there are rooms for improvement. The toilet rolls and handwash already used up when we arrived. The good thing is Indoors and outdoors slippers are provided. The environment is so beautiful. We played card games outside the van at night during winter. The theme park is great for kids too.
