Very clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff's commitment to exceptional service was evident in their efficiency. Will always stay in this hotel when i am in town.

衞生：一般，我兩大男人都短頭髮的，衞生間有好條長髮，所以搞衞生的，自己想象吧
設施：作為一間平時（不是週末）差不多400的酒店，衞生間用的紙巾都是很一般的（擦後會粘屁股的那種）很難接受，還有就是就是酒店大堂一股黴黴的味道
服務：早餐和服務還行
整體感覺不是很值

衞生：很差，浴室摺頁拉簾發黴，地上污漬灰塵嚴重，玻璃上杯子上還有毛巾屑
設施：沒有浴袍，冰箱空，等於白擺設。
服務：打電話提出拿浴袍或者睡衣，被告知已取消此項服務，提出質疑才説要找下，稍等。
環境：早餐期間居然停電，跳閘3次，也是第一次見。最後早餐也是草草了事，隨便吃點。早餐時間快要結束，也沒有修好。
總結：本以為美豪麗致是連鎖，住過2家店體驗感都還是不錯的，沒想到珠海這家這樣，下次不會選這家了，哎😑

衞生：非常差，洗漱台的堵水塞下面超級臟，全都是棉絮，頭髮……超級噁心，因為水一直流不下去，我就打開一看……我……畫面非常不適🤮
環境：晚上八九點樓⬆️還在裝修打鑽，投訴到前台，前台許久才處理完畢，但是一整晚樓上椅子拉來拉去，也真是服了，吵了一整晚，我是湖南開車到珠海，帶孩子去長隆，然後都沒睡好，再也不會去了，隔音超級差，非常差！
房間額外要求加了一床被子，客房服務員男的送過來，讓我們自己套的，説是不幫換被套……第一次碰到這種處理問題的，優秀

1.停車場臟亂差
2.花園房間以為是看到花園，誰知！！是一開門就是公共花園！沒有隔開！沒有防護！！哪有安全可言。怕半夜有人爬進來，根本不敢睡，換房間又不給換！
3.房間味道很悶！又有點濕！
4.早餐9點半就收餐了，沒吃上。其他酒店一般10點啊怎麼回事！
