I have been staying at this hotel numerous time and was very disappointed this time. Don't get me wrong but the service of the hotel and staff are all first class but was very disappointed with a staff at the fitness centre, as I am a health person, I have to book a hotel that has a fitness centre, after check in I went to do my exercise and after signing in as usual I ask for staff for a towel as I am a sweaty person. Guessed what she said to me ”No we don't give out towel, you need to bring your own from your room” I was shocking, I wanted to reason with her that I have no been rejected with a towel each time I stay here. So I had to do my exercise without a towel and drench with sweat and smelly, I was completely disappointed. I thought to myself when did this changed. So next day i went to do exercise but brought my own towel, well actually I asked the cleaner on my floor if I can get extra towel and she asked why I, is it not enough to use, I say, ”no” to take to fitness centre because they wouldn't give it to me. The cleaning lady say no they should give to you, it is their duty, I told her they say no, I need to bring from room but the lady was very nice, she let me take whatever I want but she said, she never heard of it. Upon my check out, I asked the front desk if this policy has changed and they were shocked as well, they says ”No” they have to give you towel and one of the staff says he went yesterday and they asked for it and they give him. I say no, they wouldn't give it to me, they says they will speak with the fitness centre, I do hope they will speak with them as I think it is stupid that I need to bring a towel myself. I hope next time I wouldn't occur this situation again. Disappointed with it this time.

I have compared several hotels in other apps, and the evaluation of this hotel is mixed. I may be a ”stubborn” and I have to find out. The concierge opened the door at the hotel entrance, checked in at the front desk, the guest service manager Clean handled the problem, and the service of the room staff was very satisfactory. The hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment, and the quality and variety of breakfast are all very good. It was an unexpected experience for me!

Great services and great hotel. We arrive at late evening but the restaurant and hotel were so nice and get everything ready and prepared. We feel very welcome and had great time here. I've stayed with Bonvoy hotels for many years, and this one Shangri-La Zhuhai surprised and impressed me with their services. Basic service was expected with Bonvoy hotels, however this experience showed me they went the extra miles, all staff are well trained. Special thanks to my butler Lia and Minnie, who took well care of me during the stay, including my request of neck support pillow (very hard to find in China) all the way to check out. They were very responsive to all my questions. This hotel in general will not disappoint you, definitely a place to go to for couples and families, they have consider everything. They have 2 pool; 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. All needs are covered. The room was spacious enough for me and my partner, we had a balcony and faced the Macau bridge. Night few was magnificent. The hotel was easy to fine, and i was driving and they made everything super convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and families, i didn't have the chance to try their buffet but i heard it's good and i will definitely come back again. My trip was too short, and i wish i could of stayed longer.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay to celebrate my son's birthday, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I made a last-minute booking on the same day as our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised that they accepted our request without any hassle. Upon entering our beautifully appointed room, we were delighted to find a complimentary cake for my son, complete with colorful balloons to celebrate his special day. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable! The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including beach robes, spa robes, beach slippers, and room slippers, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site dining options. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which, while a bit on the pricey side, was absolutely worth it! The variety of seafood and other dishes was impressive, and the beautiful view while dining made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also a treat, offering a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes. An added bonus was the beach located right next to the hotel, which had a kids' play area and swings. It was the perfect spot for my son to have some fun and enjoy the outdoors. While the hotel is a bit removed from the city center, it only took about 20 minutes by taxi to get there. We also ventured to a nearby bar area, just a short 15-minute ride away, where we enjoyed shisha and the beautiful night views. Overall, our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and best hotel for kids ✨

The hotel is located very near to port toward Macau. We traveled to and thou Macau and Zhuhai. My daughters were excited during the stay in the ocean style room. There are board games provided for us to play. The room view of sea is also good. The noise from city stay awhile but didn't bother us to enjoy the sleep.

This hotel is one of the best I stayed in Zhuhai, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is literally the best in town as it's connecting with one of the largest and high-end mall in town. Last but not the least, the faculties are 100 out of 100, the gym and swimming pool are nearly perfect.

The perfect base camp for a few days of theme park adventuring. It’s not a subtle or understated hotel, but that’s also not what the designers were going for. A wonderfully ostentatious lobby, beautiful surroundings, reasonable variety of food choices given that it’s in a theme park resort, and (most importantly) within easy walking distance of two world-class theme parks. Oh, and actual dolphins. *and* I could watch Ocean Kingdom’s fireworks display from my balcony. For the sheer variety of things nearby, the size of the room, and the quality of the surroundings, I’m amazed that my stay was as affordable as it was. If I ever go back to the resort, I’ll be staying on site again.

Positives Hotel quality and finishing were top notch, room decoration was impeccable.  They decorated the room for birthday celebration and Terry Our Butler bought in a chocolate cake late night on our return from dinner. The butler service was on the spot this time and even sent my pillow request past midnight The team understood both Cantonese as well as English better compared to the Shenzhen branch Breakfast was decent but seating was Adhoc as they turned the bar area also into breakfast tables so we were a bit cramp. They threw in a welcome drinks as Elite members. however the card had clearly state to submit this at recepy lobby but actually we should have taken it directly down to the 41st floor bar for consumption as they do not deliver this to a bedroom. Two pools on different floors however the indoor pool was 1.4 m deep which was not to child friendly. The indoor pool had a light Jacuzzi and to our surprise the changing room also had Jacuzzi with steam room and hot stone beds for free. The rooftop pool was not heated however they had powerful massage functions. Negatives We booked two rooms, one king and one twin because they only have limited twin rooms we had to be separated on different floor levels. We requested non-smoking rooms and the twin room was not available until very late in the evening for check-in and they kindly extended our stay until 3 pm for both rooms. The location is quite out of stick and the nearest shopping mall is a good 10 minutes walk outdoor. There areas some restaurants at the exhibition centre which am not sure were opened fully.

We had a wonderful time. Our registration was quick and easy. The reception staff was very helpful. We were given a wechat contact on arrival of one of the receptionists who was great for answering our questions. A lot of the staff spoke English very well which made things easier. The bar staff was great and the drinks were brought quickly. Unfortunately we were a bit early in the season so the outdoor pool was not open. There is a very nice and large beach area however there was only 1 place with chairs and no umbrellas. It would be nice if they spread some chairs out along the beach and install some umbrellas. We will definitely return again.
