Cleanliness: Tidy and well-maintained room, with minor wear and tear. Hot water wasn't really working though. Service: Helpful staff, with minor service delays. Facilities: Has the basic hotel amenities, but could benefit from additional facilities like a spa or pool. Overall, my stay at this service apartment was delightful. The prime location, commendable cleanliness, combined to create a memorable experience. I would recommend this place to fellow travelers visiting Zhongshan, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

I booked this apartment hotel for my daughter's freshman registration and stayed for three days. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located in the city center, not far from Zhongshan Institute of Electronic Science and Technology. It is just two stops away. The building next to the hotel, the food on the 5.6th floor is good, and we also had authentic morning tea. The front desk was very enthusiastic and chose a room with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is very spacious and the light is good. The kitchen has an induction cooker, a frying pan and a frying pan. On the last night, I went to the supermarket and bought some oysters by the way. Can only cook it in a wok, but the taste is ok. The room is quite big, the clothes racks are all ready, and the hygiene is tidy. I just forgot to take a picture. By the way, I suggest that you use some freshener or something to purify the bathroom when you clean it. Get a small shelf for shower gel in the shower, otherwise there will be no place for those things.

The interior decoration of the hotel is in the 90s style. The apartment area is relatively large compared to the same price, but the sanitation is poor. When I first entered the room, I saw cockroaches on the table. There was always noise on the roof.

Downstairs from the accommodation is a shopping mall, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, everything, several nearby streets have many massage parlors, all kinds of restaurants, very convenient, from morning to night is not afraid of running out of food 👍 The room is large, there is an open kitchen to cook, a washing machine (with included washing powder 👍). It is a place that is both convenient and comfortable, would go again, enough to wander. 😌😌

This is a nice little hotel with clean and modern rooms. It's well located for the Metro Mall and not too far from the Pedestrian Street and riverside area by taxi. Although the rooms were generally well appointed, the shower was a little disappointing as the upper part didn't work and the hose had to be held by hand.

Living here for a month or so has passed so quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied. The room has a small independent balcony, which is very convenient for drying clothes. There is also a washing machine for washing clothes. The one-bedroom and one-living room are spacious enough. When I am on a business trip, I feel at home. The room I chose is not facing the road, so it is relatively quiet at night. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is also convenient.

The hostel location is good, just few minute walk away to a shopping mall that include restaurant, grocery, watson, coffee shop etc. Customer Service also very helpful which easily reachable, and actively introduce place to visit and food to try. Just cleanliness need to be improve. As first day of the stay, we encounter abit sticky floor, Sofa bit old and yellowish but friendly host accept our comment and take note on what we said. Although cleanliness does not meet our expectation, but overall is a good stay and worth of money. Definitely will come back again and recommend to others.
