I went to watch a concert with my friends for a few days and booked this newly opened InterContinental. The experience was average. Let me talk about it first: It is located in the old city, very close to Erqi Square, and downstairs is the Dennis David City, with many big brands and restaurants. The hotel facilities are new, the receptionist is handsome and polite, and the cleaning lady will greet you proactively. Poor experience: When checking in, I asked for an upgraded room type or a room facing the People's Park, but I was told that this was not possible. They also said that the room currently arranged was on a higher floor and could see the Erqi Tower. As a result, when I entered the room, I saw nothing but rooftops and construction sites, and a building facing me. There was no coffee companion in the room. I called the service phone to ask for it and was told, ”We don't deserve it. If you need it, go to the restaurant and see for yourself.” When going to the swimming pool, except for the swimming pool, all other pools and saunas cannot be used, and the gym is still being renovated. The service staff at the breakfast counter were expressionless and did not greet anyone with a smile. There was no chocolate sauce on the waffle counter, and they were informed that ”they have run out and the replenishment has not yet arrived.” I wrote a review on the night I checked in. The hotel's online feedback was quick, but it was all empty talk. There were no substantial improvement measures during the next 3 days of my stay. The overall feeling is that I stayed at a fake Intercontinental.

I came to Zhengzhou for a business trip and stayed at the Crown for the first time. It is worthy of being an old five-star hotel. The hotel has a lot of history. I felt the warm service from the moment I stepped into the hotel, especially suki and echo. I give them a thumbs up, which reflects the five-star service standards. Professional and enthusiastic service, and I also checked in the celebrity ice cream. This experience was very good.

Today is the end of January 2024, and the price range of the store is 228-398. I think it is a very conscience price. Because the hardware configuration software service of Yibanwan can be described as excellent value for money. The front desk and service staff are gentle and caring. I can feel their sincere concern for the guests. Everyone is determined to operate the hotel well. They serve guests gently and quietly, such as: bottled water is placed in each floor of the elevator hall, which is convenient for access. I like their service without disturbing but attentive. Traveling business trips all over the country, I give priority to the whole season, travel to Zhengzhou, I will choose Yibanwan again.

The family traveled to Henan during the Chinese New Year. The first stop was Zhengzhou, where we checked into a hotel. The location was very good and the transportation was convenient. It was near the old city. The front desk service is friendly, the room facilities are complete, and the air conditioning and heating are sufficient. I recommend staying here when visiting Zhengzhou. Let’s talk about the experience of the trip to Henan. First of all, when I arrived in Luoyang, the Longmen High-speed Railway Station did not have the pick-up service that I saw above, and there was no pick-up service at various scenic spots. This trip to Henan was based on the recommendation on the website. I'm a bit disappointed to see that it's as good as advertised on **, I can only say don't be fooled by **'s propaganda. The next trip to Kaifeng was even more unsatisfactory. There were no taxis or online ride-hailing services after getting off the train, and the traffic jam near Qingming Shanghe Garden was even worse. Apart from the large number of people, the scenic spots have nothing attractive.

挺安靜的，出門門口右轉第一家早餐店，出門左轉路對面就是地鐵站，店門口有停車場，而且是住店免費停車，真的很方便。我北方人一家三口來到這裏以為很冷，空調很給力，特別要提的是熱水淋浴很舒服，唯一瑕疵的是衞生間下水道地漏會反味，建議換個好點的地漏，本身南方這邊比較潮濕，地漏裏面的味道需要適應一會

仟納酒店位於市中心二七廣場附近西大街，距離地鐵站3號線西大街站B口一步之遙，旁邊是許昌駐鄭州辦事處。酒店去二七廣場步行八百米，周圍有很多吃飯方便的餐廳，還有一些夜市。酒店是單獨一棟方形的洋樓，層高四層，非常文藝特別是晚上燈光映襯下。酒店屬於精品小型酒店，服務非常熱情周到，沒有商務酒店的嘈雜喧鬧，可能是開店時間不久，設施很新也很乾凈有序。房間的水準應該有準四星級，面積有二十多平，獨立的品茶區和辦公桌，衞生間也很乾凈，花灑淋浴馬桶都很新。室內有智能控制，小度可以打電話給前台，開關燈，控窗簾，開關空調，非常智能。最值得一提的是床品，床墊對腰腿有問題的朋友非常友好，枕頭有軟硬兩種，適合不同習慣的寶子，床單和被褥的質地可以説不輸五星級酒店，乾爽而親膚。如果一定要挑一點毛病，隔音還是這類酒店最應該要改善的。不過能選擇這家酒店的客人應該都是素質比較高。生活習慣好，我不會做出太大的噪音了。以上便是我對這個酒店的點評。前台小哥很幫忙，給我解決了不少問題。再次感謝酒店的貼心服務。

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

The room is a two-bedroom and one-living room, and our family of three is also very comfortable. The bedding is very good and very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit old. Here I want to say that the hair dryer is a bit not very easy to use. It can be used normally, but there is almost no hot air. I have to keep pressing it. The hand is a little tired. Convenient transportation, very close to Zhengzhou Station, across the road is Vientiane City, David City Commercial Street, eating and shopping is also very convenient.
