This is my first time on a business trip to Zhengzhou. The hotel is recommended by a friend. The hotel is in a courtyard and there is a hot pot restaurant next to it. The environment is very clean, the rooms are big and clean, not noisy, the service is ok, professional and enthusiastic , I like the breakfast here the most, everything is very complete, delicious, a girl surnamed Hao at the front desk is warm and attentive, the weather is hot, she took the initiative to send water, very caring, like a recommendation

The front desk suggested that we cancel Ctrip and book from the front desk, the price would be cheaper, but we did not agree because it was related to the spirit of the contract. The room we booked was a superior twin bed, but the blower made too much noise, so we changed it. If I change to a regular room, I can only cancel the previous order and make a new reservation because there is no way to make up the difference. As you can imagine, the price of the hotel booked that night may be high. The heating was so hot that I had to turn on the air conditioner to sleep at night. Overall, the service provided by the service staff is very good and their attitude is very patient.
