The location was excellent and near many of the famous attractions . Absolutely a great stay. I am sure to be staying here again for next work trip in Zhangzhou . Not only were all the staff great the room was really clean as well as great beds and pillows. Cythinia was so friendly and responsive to get everything well-prepared for my room and dinner buffet ticket. I strongly recommend this hotel for overnight stay/vacation option in Zhangzhou

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning.
This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away.
. Great front desk staff and toiletries.

Nice and clean rooms as expected of an IHG Crowne Plaza, no surprises there. Friendly staff. Wished there were more to see/eat within walking distance. We had to ride the taxi to everywhere we wanted to go.

Best hotel in the city I guess. Stayed here a couple times already and it is a solid choice. Comfortable stay without much to worry about. You can take a walk outside when its night time.
