Great location in the center of town. Front desk was very helpful and adapted to communicating through phone translation. Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

61帶孩子出來逛逛，回北京路上臨時住宿，第二次住了，硬件和服務都沒什麼問題，不過晚上吃飯的人多停車場車位就顯得侷促了。位置很好，離高速近，房間乾淨衞生，窗外能看到雞鳴山，性價比比較高。

週末帶孩子來爬爬山，頭一次入住藍鯨，感覺非常好，交通便利，非常乾淨衞生，家人很滿意。前台貼心的從觀景套房升級到豪華套房，又多了20平米，直接導致孩子一直呆在酒店。
淡季人少，服務人員沒有因為酒店業績因素顯露任何負面情緒，非常有禮貌。
中西合璧的早餐在全國同等價位中算是上乘。
適合工薪階層偶爾奢侈一下。
建議：挺上檔次的套房再配上智能馬桶就更好了。

辦理入住時，前台給升級了房型，驚喜！房間可以直接看到雞鳴山全景。滿意！早餐不錯，遊玩回來時，還特意給送了點心。可以當宵夜了，必須贊。總之，下榻這家酒店，一次很好的旅途體驗。

入住時的床是歪的，有個腿壞了，酒店找人來修，沒有給我們更換，有點失望。同行的朋友被免費升級了，我們沒有給升，熱水也是突然就沒有了，半夜才來，體驗打折扣。

應該算是當地最好的酒店了吧，房間夠大，零壓房床墊枕頭很舒服，但對於一個有光睡不着的人來説，簡直是煎熬——進門燈關不掉。早餐物超所值，但沒有咖啡，連速溶咖啡都沒有……
