We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

This time I stayed at Genting World Hotel for skiing. Feng Xiaoying at the front desk answered questions enthusiastically and proactively. She answered all questions. In particular, Mr. Cui Wenbin, the supervisor, was steady and down-to-earth. He took the initiative to help carry heavy objects to the room and gave me a coupon for ski equipment rental, which was very affordable. To go to the ski slope, you can go out the back door of the hotel. It is super convenient and time-saving. You can observe the scenery of the ski slope in the hotel room. After checking out, I also gave the children a small gift, which was super heartwarming. There is a massage mattress in the room. After skiing, lying on the bed for a massage can relieve fatigue after skiing and help improve sleep quality. The ski slope here is wide and long, and it is super cool to ski. The children are very happy and happy. They can't stop playing for seven or eight hours. There is also a 85% discount on hotel meals. This is a hotel with super cost-effectiveness. It's awesome! Worth recommending!

Breakfast is ok. Restaurant service is below standard. Asked for chilli sauce but was served the chilli bottle with spoon inside.

Just came up to Thaiwoo mid-week in December to spend one day in the slopes. The room was very spacious and there if a full size fridge. My room also had a large Sofia. The breakfast was ok, more Chinese style.

This is a very new, clean hotel with excellent staff and great value for money. A special mention has to go out to ELLA who works on the front desk: she provided some of the best customer service that I’ve seen during my time in China. She is very knowledgeable about local services, very concise, and extremely helpful. Thank you and see you again!

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel stay and experience were very good, the front desk and room service were very good. The breakfast tastes great, and the tomato and egg noodles are delicious. They even upgraded the room type for free when I brought my children. I will stay here again next time I come to Chongli.

I stayed for two nights. It was a clean, warm and cozy room. The location was excellent since it only took me 5mins to walk to the ski area. Recommended for those who doesn’t drive. The price to travel down to the village cost me CNY30 and CNY50 to the train station by taxi. There’s a bus stop at the hotel that departs every 30mins cost only CNY3 to the village.

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

We stayed here on the National Day. We were very satisfied with the hotel room. Malijiao at the front desk was efficient and enthusiastic. We checked in quickly at the self-service machine and did not have to wait for a long time at the front desk. The hotel is generally suitable for sightseeing. You can take a cable car to see the mountains up and down, with a panoramic view of golden trees. The room is clean and tidy, with a balcony to see the mountain view; double bed standard room, the bed is big enough; there are performances and iron flower at night, as well as a flying phoenix ~ highly recommended
