This is very convinient location (5 min wal to bus station and park entrance) but the place somewhat lacks the atmosphere and style. We had laundary, the owner Ralph is very helpful, the breakfasts (15yuan) are okey.

This is first time in china for me, im very happy with host very warm welcome me and mom Host : very friendly and can speaking english , Chinese Location: Very good walk from Bus station 5 mins can find the hostel very easy, - Starbucks Coffee and KFC near by the hostel 5 mins it in front of Wulingyuan natural forest park - In main road at night have street food look like night market Service: Host service very good he can help me booking the ticket for 3 days, everyday we plan for our trip with him, he can tell the detail of the program for me make our trip easy, and he can buy the ticket cheaper than the counter, he can introduce for restaurant and order taxi to me, because i’m thai i cannot book with my alipay This area no have big supermarket only local shop around here!! The room not too big but the condition all good I hope will be back again with my family

Very nice and English-speaking owner. Helped us to buy the tickets for the National Park and gave us a hiking map. We can recommend this place!

Owner Ralf is the main advantage of this place. He speak good English. What’s more he helps tourists on all information in Wulingyuan touristic places. He gives your perfect map in English of zhangjiajie National Forrest park and not only. And talking during drinking Chinese tea in the evening is perfect (chance to try good local tea). I got deluxe room on high floor. All good there. The building is really stylish. The inn has washing machine. Enjoyed my stay!

Great location for getting into the park, it's maximum 5min walk to the entrance. Ralph was very helpful suggesting (excellent) places to eat, arranging a taxi for us to mess - and can explain the different bits of the park to visit.

Great location very close to East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Very helpful owner who gave us a map, looked over my itinerary plan, explained the routes, and helped us book an entry ticket to save queuing. Large room with plenty of space. Bathroom is a wet room. Good air-con. Lighting is a little dark, especially outside of the bathroom.
