真的很值得入住的酒店 非常棒 設計感強 細節到位 一家6口三代人都很滿意 最主要的是乾淨衞生 去天門山坐索道就在樓下 逛回來直接上床休息 完美 附近吃飯的地方也多 晚上可以去大庸古城逛逛

真的超級超級滿意！！各方面都滿意！ 從來沒有住過這麼滿意開心的房間 訂之前還覺得兩百多一晚上有點小貴入住以後才發現簡直太值了！！！強推去張家界旅遊的家人們入住這家酒店！地理位置也棒！去哪兒都方便！周圍也有很多吃的（但是我都是吃外賣哈哈哈哈），床上用品也超級棒舒服！我是個很認床的人 三天晚上都睡得很舒服！嗚嗚嗚嗚捨不得離開了都！ 特別特別是前台的小姐姐！真的超級温柔！！服務態度一級棒！！不僅安排了司機來火車站接我 還送了入住的小禮品 説話也很温柔客氣 真的太棒了我的媽！！反正一個字！！好！！

Nice location to visit the area, nice staff, rooms clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. Just hard to find the entrance as it is at the 13th lvl of the building.

Staff was very pleasant and kind. Location is perfect for a trip to Tianmen Mountain—the gondola station is right beside the hotel.

Perfect location, just outside the cable car to the Tianmen Mountain. The staff does not speak English but tries to help you regardless and are very helpful. The hotel is at the 13th floor of a commercial building and has a view to the cable car entrance. The room is nice, comfy and clean.

I celebrated my birthday in Zhangjiajie this month and this hotel was one of the first places me and my girlfriend stayed. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us to the hotel. After checking in we were shown to our room. Ilwe loved the feel of the room and it was clean. There was a delicious birthday cake which we indulged in too. The hotel is a very convenient place to stay in. It's around 15mins from the hotel and directly opposite is the cable cart for Tianmen cave. We checked out in the morning and thr hotel staff were kind enough to hold our luggage whilst we went to visit Tianmen mountain. We stayed on Zhangjiajie for 5 nights in a number of hotels. On our last day After checking out of a hotel, we decided to check back into the Mansion Inn as our flight wasn't until 10pm. We were there for around 5 hours but it was super convenient and allowed us time to relax until heading to the airport. The hotel is very cost affective! Very clean and a cute hotel 😍 I'd definitely stay there again and recommend it for others who will be visiting places which are around that area.

I can 100% recommend this place! The Hotel is on the 13th floor of a tall building and from the moment you get out of the elevator you have a nice feeling. The place is stylish, clean snd luxurious. The girls at the reception are super professional, attentive and sweet. The boss can be happy to have such amazing staff ! They gave me tea and snacks and gifts upon arrival. It is right next to Tianman Cableway Station. A tip for foreigners: it can be difficult to order food in China. Across the street are many restaurants in a row and one of them has an English Menu. Usually the lady stands outside, showing the menu. I ate there and it was deelish!

This hotel is the perfect choice! You will be in walking distance to tianmen mountain cable car. So many restaurants and cafes nearby. As a muslim, I found a halal restaurant near the hotel close to the cable car station. The staff of the hotel are super friendly. The hotel gave me a welcome gift, which was so cute and considerate.
