Luyao Inn (Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Cableway)

No geral, nossa experiência foi boa. Você paga pelo que recebe. Porém, a primeira noite não foi tão boa. Acho que o dono deste hotel deveria realmente consertar os quartos do 5º andar (ver fotos). Nossa primeira noite foi horrível. Havia muito barulho e o quarto não estava limpo. No entanto, a equipe é adorável e disposta a ajudar. Eles merecem todo o crédito. Eles poderiam até falar bem inglês! Eles combinaram que poderíamos nos transferir para outro quarto e esse quarto era melhor, obrigado! Devido ao serviço dos funcionários, desfrutamos da nossa estadia. Acreditamos que o patrão deve valorizar mais os seus colaboradores e arrumar bem os quartos.

O geral foi fabuloso. A localização, o quarto era perfeito. A equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa e pode se comunicar em inglês. Definitivamente recomendado!!

Great experience than you pay. Staff very helpful, all the questions he will find and answer to you. I looking for places to take pictures will old building style and local street food, he inform to go to area near zhangjiajie hospital. Room clean, quite and strong water.

We have had an amazing experience, seriously we couldn't be happier. The staff (especially Niko) have been super helpful since the very first moment we got here, giving us the necessary information so we could plan our activities in the best way. Niko speaks English well, but if there is any misunderstanding he can help out with the live translation software. He has been very friendly and made everything he could to make our experience even better. The room is great, clean and bright - exactly as shown in the pictures. The bathroom was also the best bathroom we've been to throughout China. The location couldn't be better, as it's on a quiet street in a beautiful neighbourhood with no cars and plenty of restaurants, and super close to the cable car to Tianmen Mountain. Thanks for everything!

My friend and I stayed for three nights here. The receptions is super nice and speaks good englisch - this is something we didn’t expect and a pleasant surprise. Further, it is 5 min away from the Ticket Center for Tianmen Mountain. The room itself was nice and clean. Would definitely come again to this hotel!

The hotel is very well located near the cable car of Tianmen Moutains and you have many restaurants near the hotel. The room was very clean and the receptionist was amazing. She gave us many recommendations and advice.

Very convenient, surrounded by very cheap and delicious restaurant. Recommend!!!
