I booked it for 3 nights to visit the Zhangjiajie mountain area. It’s conveniently located within walking distance from the Cableway station (15 min I’d say). The owner is the most amazing person ever. I had my room on the 5th floor and she helped me carry 2 heavy luggages up and down. I also needed to wash some clothes after travelling through China for 1.5 weeks. She agreed to wash them there and while I was away travelling throughout the day she took care of also drying them. Most amazing thing of all? She did it for free!!! I feel so glad I got to meet her. I can’t thank her enough!

This hotel is very nice. Location is good. Hotel’s owner is very kind and helpful. He helped us for avatar mountain trip. I don’t know Chinese language. But it was no problem because owner sent WeChat msg by google translate. i appreciated owner and to spent very peaceful time at this hotel

房間很大，床很大，可以説是超出預期，名字也很美很浪漫，叫醉夢輕擁，不過在五樓沒電梯，需要爬樓梯，如果帶了大箱子可能有點辛苦，適合輕裝出行的情侶，朋友，家人。

終於抽空來張家界玩了，雖然沒有遇到大晴天，但是雨後的天門山也很美，感謝客棧老闆幫忙定的門票，客棧也很有特色，住的很舒服，周圍吃的也多交通也方便，推薦喲

環境：地理位置很好，去天門山索道走過去就到了。附近吃的東西也很多。一定要去南門吃夜宵，很熱鬧。選擇的很多，當地特色菜之一三下鍋一定要嚐嚐鮮。
服務：店裡有一位美女老闆娘，還有一個可愛小朋友。一家人都非常熱情，有需求都是儘可能的滿足。必須點贊一個。
設施：房間的床有上下鋪，有雙床供選擇。看個人喜歡，房間很有特色。
天門山索道有ABC線路，下一次記得選擇A路線的朋友要提前訂預訂喲。

客棧位置非常好，很好找，離火車站和天門山景區都很近，交通便利，然後客棧的整個設計還是蠻有特點的，古色古香的，房間也很乾凈，最近幾天下雪，客棧熱水也很給力，老闆人也很熱情，還幫我們訂了景區門票，下次來還住這裏，既方便又省心！
