Really friendly and helpful owner. Treat his guests as friends and help us to book cheaper tickets and give us guidance on how to visit the park etc.

I have read about the host before booking this inn. Still, I wasn't expected them to be this good. The host was trying everything he can to help us with our constantly changing plan due to the weather. It wasn't a straightforward plan, as we always stayed one day/night in a different part of the park hence already did some sightseeing. During our stay here at the inn, it rained a lot so we needed to make a last minute plan change to avoid the mountain top (there's nothing to see due to the fog). My partner doesn't eat the local breakfast which is offered at the inn so the host drove us to a nearby breakfast restaurant. He also arranged drivers for us with better price than if booked ourselves. The host's son was very helpful too: He was keen for us to go to a particular spot for sunset view on our arrival day as he knew there'd be cloud sea at the time and it's not a regular event. Too bad we didn't listen to him :-)

Nick, Ukraine: We chose this hotel by looking through many reviews and we're not disappointed! Clean nice rooms, great hotel location and delicious meals which provided by very reasonable price. A nice bonus is a viewing platform for watching sunsets at the rooftop of the hotel which Boss made for guests. Very beautiful view! The Boss's attention to every guest is exceptionally nice! Besides being super polite and friendly person he also doing his best to make your stay comfortable such as picking you up by his own car and sending to the gates of the park whatever time you need, providing useful tips about best locations and times to visit and just nice chat overall. When the heavy rain hit and it became impossible to go up to the mountains by regular shuttle bus, he called the park administration and got a discount for us to use a cable car. Wish every hotel experience was such smooth and pleasant as this one! Highly recommended! 芳小鸭，老婆: 酒店位于天子山北门几分钟车程，这个位置进景区不用排队，没有索道坐大巴也很方便，省钱省力，早晨起床已经准备好了健康的早餐，每天去景区都会接送到检票口，老板真是热情好客，晚上回来随时可以开饭，家常菜味道不错关键是价格也很便宜，素菜15荤菜30，房间设施齐全，卫生干净，有电梯，楼顶还有观景台可以看日出日落，这次来张家界住了四天，每天回来就像回到家，很幸运遇到这样一位善良的客栈老板，下次还会再来。

這真的是我住過最舒服的酒店，房間淡淡的木香味，衞生也很乾凈，好喜歡這個吊椅，坐着好舒服，一天行程下來剛好坐在這裏放鬆放鬆。老闆很熱情，真的是方方面面安排到位，我們是自駕的，老闆提前打電話問我們啥時到酒店，並提前給我們預留了車位，到酒店後，晚上出去吃飯，因為下雨，老闆還特意開車送我們到餐館，一直在外等着我們吃完又送我們回去，而且老闆還給我們制定了詳細的北門旅遊路線，全程按着走，不費一點心。今天早上老闆還特意打電話問我們要不要看雲海，時刻給我們關注哪裡可以看雲海，真的是太好了。

客棧老闆服務熱情，推薦張家界森林公園的旅遊攻略超級詳細，按照這個攻略出遊沒有踩坑，人少花費少，老闆還幫忙給約車送到客棧，推薦的早餐及晚餐的店口味都不錯，特別是小日子飯店的老闆娘人熱情好客，還給免費炒了我們帶去的食材，入住三天感覺温馨，房間內都是純木製結構，沒有異味，在頂層還可以拍一下小鎮的景色，遺憾的是沒能看到日出，強烈推薦到張家界森林公園遊玩的可以住在這裏，離北門很近，進出公園方便，人還少。房間設施圖片與實際房間一致，放心入住。

首先是性價比很高，老闆非常熱情！服務絕對到位！每天都接送景區大門口，這一點對遊客來講非常重要。非常細緻的幫我們安排每天的行程，詳細介紹景區裏的情況，老闆燒的菜也很好吃。總的來講，這次選了這家民宿非常滿意！必須點贊！！！太好了！還有土家族服裝免費拍照，真的很滿意！

從出生到現在三十多年，住過最好的一次。有陽台，陽台上還有吊椅，陽台還能看到山，是我的夢中情房，古香古色。 晚上很安靜，睡的超級好，床很舒服。 老闆人品過硬，幫忙找市內到客棧的車，價格厚道，沒套路。幫忙規劃路線，送到北門入口處。 早上挨個敲門提醒託運 神仙老闆 很省心

窮遊網作者簡單就是快樂推薦過的酒店，確實不錯，房間乾淨，洗澡水很熱壓力不小，價格合理，老闆人好，幫助接送景區門口，推薦的小日子餐廳口味也很好，還幫助制訂遊覽路線。關鍵是北門這邊，處於景區的上部（袁家界楊家界御筆峯都在上部），所以每天從北門上觀光環保車就可以上部景點四處轉悠，免去從下部排隊坐纜車再上來的麻煩。張家界國家森林公園太美了.尤其是雨後，各種仙氣飄飄，景區環保觀光車服務很到位，四天門票+環保觀光車收費不高。以後還來！

客棧就在天子山鎮，位置離張家界北門入口比較近，進入景區非常方便。房間乾淨衞生，安裝了電梯，老闆熱情周到，進出景區都來接送。推薦的飯店菜品味道好，收費合理。特別是對景區內遊玩線路非常熟悉，給出了很詳細的建議。我們帶着長者出遊，根據線路建議遊玩，核心景點都沒遺漏，不用請導遊了，既省事又省錢。
