The hotel is stunning,elegant and peaceful. I loved the convenience of having my order delivered by a robot. A lady called Xiao Ji was extremely hospitable, she made my stay at the hotel so much easier, as she was able to communicate with me in English. I’ll definitely visit again.

This hotel is one of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels). The scenery is really beautiful and the interior of the hotel is very elegant.
The food was very good, although there are not many Western options available for dinner.
The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating, particularly the hosts of the restaurant and the front desk staff.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

非常好的一次住店體驗，酒店環境非常好，房間由原來的湖景大床房免費升級了小庭院房，房間很寬敞，帶了一個小庭院，房間衞生也很好。二頓晚餐都是在酒店西餐廳，西餐廳的小徐和王月服務非常好，有求必應，給人感覺很親切，下次會繼續入住。

酒店地理位置優越，旁邊就是暨陽湖，環境優美，空氣清新。
酒店服務非常好，從門僮、大堂、前台、餐廳、客房給人一種賓至如歸感覺，得知我父親生日，精心準備了賀卡及禮物，祝福語中帶了藏頭詩，必須點個大大讚。
餐廳的早餐、午餐及晚餐：食材用料非常好，味道很棒，入住兩天早餐都有刀魚餛燉鮮美可口。
值得幾刷的好酒店！

酒店在暨陽湖邊上，環境優美，綠樹葱葱，空氣清新，閑時附近走走挺不錯。房間裝修豪華，設施也很好。印象比較深的是酒店的服務很好，總枱小鞠小楊小張態度很好，主動給升級了房間。西餐廳的一個迎賓女服務員，服務主動熱情，一直笑容滿面，見我拿一個杯子，馬上問我需求，為我加了茶水，點贊。是一次非常好的住店體驗。

這家酒店性價比無敵，絕對屬於張家港最好的酒店，細節做的非常好，免費升級了湖景房，湖景超級漂亮，服務員從上到下態度都很好，早餐非常豐盛，還有現做的生煎包，雙人自行車也很好玩，關鍵還免費，住一天感覺完全不夠。

房間很大，有隔開的客廳區。湖景露台房，推開陽台門走出去，立刻感受到撲面而來的春風。
各個崗位的服務人員都特別熱情，入住前會致電是否對床品有要求，乳膠枕還是蕎麥枕。入住時給孩子們送了小的拼搭玩具。大廳還有免費的雙人自行車租借。
早餐也很美味，應景的刀魚餛飩、小餛飩很可口，還有草頭餅等都十分有江南特色。現做的生煎包還能吃到豐富的汁水。小朋友還有圍兜和桌墊提供，十分用心了！
