This is the only hotel I will stay at its very clean the pool is wonderful and the staff is very helpful and welcoming

Foi uma estadia muito boa. O quarto foi suficiente para minha família e confortável. Café da manhã simples e ótimo. Faltou só um elevador.

It’s an older property and the room number 15 smelled bad, but I was expecting it for this type of property. It was noisy at night. Was on ground floor. One night stay. It was good value for the price.

Nice clean place, hotel was quiet. Can hear the road traffic a bit but the air conditioner easily drowns that out. Theres make your own waffle breakfast, a pool, daily housekeeping and free parking.

I had read some negative reviews of this property and almost didn’t stay here but I’m glad I did. It was conveniently located to where I wanted to be. The room was recently updated and comfortable. I liked the easy parking and quick walk to my room. The WiFi was great. The pool was nice. Free breakfast every day. Both the staff and the people staying there were friendly. I found nice places to sit outside on the property when I was at the hotel. The room windows opened for fresh air on nice days. It completely fits the overall personality of Zephyrhills: low key, friendly, exactly what you need and nothing more. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very pleasant.
My bed was not fresh like someone clearly sat down and took a break on it. And the sink didn’t drain.
It was well kept but very worn - I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature in my room and felt like I was melting all night.

Well, the bullet proof glass window you have to talk through when you check in past dark did not give a good vibe. However, the women at the desk was very nice. Same for the different women when we checked out. That's about the only nice thing I can say. The building is old and run down. I can understand the bullet proof glass seeing as the neighborhood was super sketchy.

I liked the quick and easy access getting off of the 301 and it was centrally located for this trip. Beds were comfortable and staff was very nice - especially noticeable at breakfast. The free breakfast had healthy options, which was appreciated.
