What A Disappointment We really wanted to love this place, as it has so much potential, but the staff needs a serious lesson in hospitality. The limitations of the Inn itself could have been overlooked if not for the unfriendly and inflexible attitude of the people who work there. Such a shame, as the grounds are beautiful and the food is delicious. We had problems right away. We booked through a travel agency who notified the resort in the morning that we would be arriving early around 12:30. We were told in advance that our rooms would be ready around 2:00 but that we could use the pool and common areas until then. However, when we arrived, the woman at the concierge desk could not find our reservation for over 15 minutes because our rooms were mistakenly listed under our travel agent’s colleague’s name. Our agent insists that this was a mistake on the Inn’s part - that they had our names but failed to enter them into their reservation system. It is not a large property and has only a handful of rooms, so I am not sure why the woman at the front desk couldn’t use deductive reasoning to find our reservation, but that is a whole other issue, along with her inadequate English, which made communication especially difficult. This booking error could have been a small setback, but the woman was so defensive and irritated about the confusion, and not at all apologetic or reassuring. She acted like the problem was our fault and that she was the one who was frustrated and inconvenienced, failing to appreciate our internal concern about there being no record of our booking. The moment she realized there was a problem, should have kindly asked us to hold one moment while she sorted things out, rather than frantically asking us to repeat our names over and over again (I even typed it on my phone for her to read, twice) and when I tried to answer her, putting her hand up to stop me from talking because I was apparently interrupting what she was trying to do. The woman did eventually call someone who figured it out, but the woman never accepted responsibility for the confusion or tried to make it up to us in any way. Terrible energy from the moment we arrived. This initial experience was disorganized, unwelcoming, and gave us the sense right away l that our time at Fiori & Frutti was not going to be enjoyable. Next, we were informed by the same woman that we could use the pool but would only be given towels once the room became available in approximately 2 hours. We were also told there was no place for us to change into our bathing suits. Using the pool was the entire reason we asked our agent to call in advance earlier that morning, as we chose not to do more sightseeing or activities in favor of relaxing by the pool at the Inn instead. After these multiple issues with check-in, our agent called the Inn again and was told we could use the pool if we had our own towels, which, of course, we did not bring from America. That place has had its best days. Smelly rooms and very noisy. You hear your neighbor as if they are in the same room. Lousy breakfast- they think it’s special but it’s the worst. Horrible service. A obvious rasistic and arrogant Portier, should immediately be fired as he is harming the business.

From the moment you go thru the wooden gates you are at peace, in the past week we travelled from Miami to Milan from Milan to Como to Lugano Switzerland to Verona and finally reached Venice, at this The family needed a place to recharge, peace and tranquility were in desperate need, We got that and more, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Want to thank everyone for giving us the perfect space to enjoy Venice. Would come back here without question, highly recommended.

Non ho avuto l'opportunità di usufruire dei servizi offerti dalla struttura, quindi non posso esprimere un'opinione sulla qualità del soggiorno in sé. Tuttavia, voglio condividere la mia brutta esperienza: Ho prenotato l'8 luglio 2024, con ben due mesi e mezzo di anticipo, per regalare ai miei suoceri un weekend dal 21 al 23 settembre. Il 20 agosto, a sorpresa, ricevo una notifica da Booking che mi informa riguardo la cancellazione della prenotazione da parte della struttura. Li contatto immediatamente e vengo informato da "Linda" che c'era stato un problema di overbooking, poiché la camera era stata riservata per un evento organizzato da oltre un anno. Anche volendo dare loro il beneficio del dubbio e credere all'errore da parte della piattaforma di gestione delle prenotazioni, è difficile non notare che la struttura era perfettamente consapevole del mio soggiorno, oltretutto già saldato, in quanto erano a conoscenza dei nomi degli ospiti che avrei mandato e per il fatto che li avevo già contattati telefonicamente per alcune necessità specifiche. Questo dimostra che la mia prenotazione era stata sicuramente presa in considerazione. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che dal 8 luglio al 20 agosto non abbiano rilevato questa difformità. Oppure, è possibile che abbiano deciso di liberare la mia camera perché l'evento avrebbe generato maggiori introiti? L'unica soluzione che mi è stata proposta è stata quella di spostare il soggiorno ad altre date. Le conclusioni che traggo da questa esperienza sono decisamente meno accomodanti di quelle che esprimerebbe il buon Bruno Barbieri.

Un gradino al di sopra di ogni altra struttura in terraferma, nella provincia di Venezia. Circondati dalla natura, la qualità e puntualità dei servizi assieme ai prodotti serviti lo rendono un soggiorno obbligato ogni volta che rientro a Mestre. Location veramente bella e ben curata, immersa nel verde e nel silenzio ma a due passi da Mestre e comodissima per raggiungere Venezia. Tutto molto pulito e curato dei dettagli, caldo, accoliente e di ottimo gusto, personale estremamente cortese e disponibile, ottima colazione e ottima cucina. Davvero consigliatissimo.

Отель с территорией - загон для лошадей, загон с овцами и козликами. Интерьер красивый, все новое. Очень уединенное спокойное и тихое место. Бассейн приятный, достаточно большой. На этом из плюсов все. Мы приехали с двумя детьми 3 и 4 года. Специально выбирали номер с диваном, чтобы один ребенок на нем мог спать. В итоге - дополнительное постельное белье для ребенка 40 евро в день. Доп. кроватка для ребенка также - 40 евро в день. В отеле очень шумно - слышны все звуки. Особенно с утра, когда все хлопают дверьми и громко говорят. Завтрак - от слова его нет. Каждое утро вам накрывают стол с набором продуктов (мюсли (мы их не едим), черный хлеб (дети его не едят), йогурты, джем, странная тарелка с пиццей, сыром и копченой колбасой, нарезанные фрукты, 4 вареных яйца, сок в бутылках). С детей (с каждого) взяли 10 евро в день за завтрак, который они не ели. Омлет, яичница и все остальное - только за дополнительную плату. Все просьбы воспринимаются персоналом в штыки, что ли. С явным раздражением и одолжением. И вот еще что - в номере нет сейфа, холодильника и чайника. Нам есть с чем сравнивать - мы каждый год путешествуем по всей Европе. И этот отель к сожалению должен пересмотреть свое отношение к обслуживанию, комфортному пребыванию туристов и пересмотреть в принципе свой подход к гостеприимству. Никогда ранее не писала отзывы плохие отелям, но здесь прям много отрицательных эмоций мы получили.
