Bellamonte Aparthotel

Aparthotel Bellamonte is lovely! Our deck looked out over the river and beautiful trees in fall colors, and our unit very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, bedroom, and bathroom. The king bed is comfortably firm for excellent sleeping. Although there were many families in residence, our unit was quiet and peaceful. The staff were efficient, but we did not find them particularly helpful, for example, with no elevator, we would have appreciated an offer to help get our luggage to the third floor. This would definitely be my go-to place if I am ever traveling through Zakopane again!

Lovely hotel- breakfast was plentiful and varied- continental style. Sauna and gym are a real bonus. Room was lovely and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Walkable to Zakopane in about ten mins. Very picturesque. Plenty of parking at hotel

We have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years now. The product as in the rooms and breakfast have always been above average. Likewise with the service but on our last visit this was shown to be exceptional. The male Receptionist/Manager was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In particular, when my husband forgot that he had left his house keys in one of the drawers, this person, whose name I do not recall, called/whatsapp'd us several times to tell us just as we were waiting for our coach to go home. My husband was able to rush back to get them and the Receptionist was waiting at the top of the hotel drive with the keys, so that my husband did not have to go down to the hotel reception area. Very thoughtful and professional, he is a credit to Bellamonte. Thanks again. Gosia and Jason

Stayed here as a family of 4, 2 children aged 12 and 14 years. We stayed in a one bedroom Apartment which was spacious with a kitchen area, the children slept on the sofa bed which was fine however in hindsight I would have gone for the extra bedroom just to have some more space and be able to use the sofa for relaxing all the time instead of being made up for a bed. The apartments were a little dated but always clean including the communal areas, the reception and housekeeping team were efficient and nothing was problem. The TVs are smart tvs and I really wished I had taken our fire stick as would have been great to watch an English film etc in the evenings as no English channels were available. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty, the attention to detail of the staff preparing and setting this up was what really made it, and there was something for everyone. The location was very central approx 5 min walk to the Main Street with loads of restaurants, clothes shops, little supermarkets, chemist etc. The spa area was a lovely relaxing treat after a day on the slopes, easy to book and was always availability when we wanted it. There is one minor negative point I have and that is the curtains they didn’t seem to fit the windows/doors very well and let the light in early in the morning and all night as lights were on in the parking area. However this is no biggie and the positives really outweigh this minor problem, just might be something to consider if sleeping in the dark is important to you. We stayed here for 4 nights with out 10 week old and 3 year old. The room was perfect, well equipped and spacious. There was only a shower but a baby bath had thoughtfully been left for us. The only issue we had (which is very minor) is that the shower handle can easily be knocked and it was a very hot shower! When trying to wash a very active 3 year old this was quite dangerous and I did knock it at one point, luckily he had got out. I dont know whether there is a way to make it safer? That spa was lovely and always available. My son absolutely loved the play room and it had some lovely toys in it. Breakfast was great and everything was spotlessly clean. There were sledges to borrow to my 3 year olds delight and it was only a short walk into town. Overall, we had a great time and would love to return someday, thank you!
