부대시설도 쾌적하고 직원 및 매니저분의 친절도 좋았습니다! 쾌적하게 숙박하였으며 어메니티와 화장실도 쾌적했습니다:) 즐거운 여행이 되었고 늦게 체크인을 하여 풀장을 이용 못한 점이 아쉬웠습니다!

My husband and I have been coming to the Bay hotel since 2010 twice a year: May-June and September-October. Those are the best times for “pensioners” as it is not so hot. And every time we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the staff, the warm hospitality, the beautiful location, the very well kept spacious grounds, our usual room, magnificent beach and sea, the food, the swimming pool… practically everything. The hotel has become sort of our second home where we fly in excitement and anticipation of pleasure. I believe there is no need to describe all the amenities as, apart from me, lots of people already have left their written impressions and experiences of the Bay on this site. In short, we hope we will be able to enjoy this paradise for years to come and at the moment looking forward to May. Strongly recommend this hotel to all who are looking for relaxing, quiet and safe holiday among caring staff and beautiful nature.

We had a wonderful time in The Bay. We stayed in a suite on the first floor with an amazing view to the sea. The room was spacious and decorated with natural materials and natural colours.  The pool is surrounded by lovely trees so apart from having a very private place you feel connected to nature.  Breakfast has a nice variety and a lot of fresh fruits.  The best part of the hotel is the staff , they are all very polite, friendly.

The Bay is set on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches and on the most pretty part of the island, which is very  green and unspoiled from tourism We had a fabulous room which overlooked the Ionian Sea, modern and very nicely designed. The pool area is very nice and there is a good choice of dishes in both of the restaurants with good and professional service. A special mention goes to Athina - reservation managers  who certainly went out of her way to ensure our stay was simply 'perfect' and we would like to say a huge 'thank you'  to all of  the bay team. We look forward to our next stay and highly recommend this hotel.

This was the 2nd time we stopped at The Bay, the hotel is lovely the grounds are; the pool and beach location is ideal. We went in may and always chose the beach as our chill area, you were never short of beds. The rooms are clean and tidy, all round idea hotel. The location itself it quite out of the way; we hired a car which wasn’t an issue but just something to be mindful of you wanted to walk to bars restaurants etc but if you wanted a pure chill holiday I’d recommend. The staff are all lovely, really helpful, all the girls at reception are super helpful and welcoming and will help you with any questions you have. We went bed and breakfast this time, half board we didn’t find the food suited. Breakfast was nice. My only reason for a 4 star is the variety of food served at the pool and the drink prices, i would prefer some cheaper snacks and quick food rather than a meal but that’s just my opinion! The staff at the pool bar were lovely, Orestis particularly, even went out of his way to stop and talk to us when he wasn’t working! All round a lovely spot and would recommend 😊

This is a beautiful resort-type hotel in a very quiet environment. Especially in October. Surrounding shops are closed for the season. There is a little shop at the parking area where you can buy drinks, chips, maps and clothing. But prices are high. The rooms are nice and kept clean every day. We got an upgrade (and paid €120,-) because there was a cancellation. So, seaview and accomodation for 4 people. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Thank you Voula and Konstantina for being so nice! You can choose lots of different things at breakfast and dinner at the buffet. Quality is very good. Complementary cats at your table ;) Rented a car at the hotel. Perfect to get around the island for 1 week. Swimmingpool was full of small and loud kids. Sandy, clean beach at the hotelfront, easy acces. On tuesday there was a female singer (9-11 pm). The only negative thing is that the whole island is very cluttered with garbage. Except from that..it is a very beautiful island, especially the sea with its rough coastlines and pristine blue water.

An amazing hidden gem in the beautiful island of Zakynthos. I was blessed to be there with some of my friends and we had an amazing experience. The staff and especially the reception was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was superb and transportation to local taverns and bars was easily accessible by car which was easy to rent from the hotel which also provided a really helpful taxi service. The view was breathtaking from the hotel and the rooms were spacious, luxurious and always clean on time. I cannot recommend it enough.

From the beginning, you must know that it is not a 5-star resort, but a 4-star one, and the price should be like that. The idea is that for a week you stay in a park that has the sea, the beach and the pool, there is a lot of peace and privacy and the rooms are beautiful. You are about 2.5 km away from any shop because the one in the resort is poorly stocked and with 5 star prices. The food at HB is 3 stars plus, but the food at the pool was excellent at prices of 18-25 euros per course. In other words, the team at the pool was 5 stars and the chef Dimitris was excellent, too bad not they took him to the main restaurant. Probably the food would have cost him more than the stews and pastas that you had to prepare yourself with the sauces provided. When you stay at 5 stars you expect different food than the home cooked, from home, but here it wasn't like that. When you pay for 5 stars, you don't expect to pay for water or juices at dinner!!! you get 1 liter of water per day in the minibar and you buy the rest for 3 euros/liter from the resort store. If you don't want to get bored, you can rent a car, ATV motorcycle from them and you can go to other beaches or to Zante, Argassi or Laganas to do some shopping and eat at the taverna. The taxi will cost you 60 euros round trip to Zakynthos or 40 euros to Argassi. We paid 2,750 euros HB, sea view suite and I can say that it was too much for what it offered

The Bay is a lovely hotel, stylish with excellent service. Rooms are spacious and have nice bathrooms albeit the rainfall shower was not very strong and kept running hot and cold. There are plenty of sun-loungers around the pool and on the beach as well as super comfy giant beanbags behind the beach. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast choice was very good. We ate at the buffet twice in the evening and it was okay although the food wasn’t very hot. There are a handful of tavernas within walking distance and they’re easy to get to by walking past the Punta Basta beach bar next to The Bay and up the road at the right hand side of the Vrahos beach bar. It’s handy having the on-site shop although as you’d probably expect the prices are higher than you might find in local supermarkets. It seemed quite difficult to get around unless you hire a car or moped/quad bike, the island bus service doesn’t seem great. One potential downfall about the hotel is there are a lot of steps to reach some of the rooms.
