ZAKINTHOS EXUBERANTE, MAS O HOTEL...- Quando era jovem hotel era sinônimo apenas de um lugar adquado para dormir. Com os anos as exigências cresceram e os custos também. Em contrapartida passei a exigir boas instalações, limpeza segurança, conforto e especialmente bons serviços. Por isto fiquei decepcionado com o hotel Zante Plaza que também se apresenta como resort . Contrasta com a maravilhosa ilha de Zakinthos na Grécia. É como se um anão se apresentasse com gigante. O hotel é uma usina de mesquinharias e equívocos, como cobrar 27 euros para usar o ar condicionado, apesar de altas temperaturas. Ou não oferecer toalhas para piscina e praia que precisei comprar no comércio local. E o que dizer do café da manhã que só começa às 8 horas quando todas as excursões já estão de saída? O arquiteto que projetou o hotel esqueceu de que a água do chuveiro do quarto precisa ser drenada e cada ducha corresponde um pequeno diluvio no banheiro. Além disso os espaços em geral são muito modestos para quem se apresenta como resort. A favor do local a simpatia da equipe limpeza e boa comida. Mas é pouco para o preço que cobra.

First time in Laganas hotel is just on the main ***** but isn’t affected by the noise fromIt’s very calm and relaxed. Rooms and towels changed and cleaned daily. All inclusive food is absolutely brilliant really enjoyed it. Very fresh and lots to choose from. Staff are very friendly reception girls couldn’t do enough for you very friendly. Bar staff Chris,Dennis,Nichos great lads. Only issue I booked with EasyJet they don’t explain the fact there is budget rooms and Superior Rooms. We got placed in budget but I showed reception girls the photos EasyJet advertised and she kindly upgraded us. All in all great little base for exploring the island. Only downfall not much entertainment or even TV around the pool/bar to see any sport or anything on.

This is a fantastic little hotel in Laganas. The food is very good quality and the staff have excellent custom service. Plenty of choice. Comfy beds and the rooms cleaned daily. It’s 5 mins to the beach and on the main ***** with all the bars and clubs.

I nearly cancelled this holiday didn’t realize it was on the ***** of laganas. I’m so glad I never what a lovely place this is the staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. The food was really nice it’s a real gem of a place I would definitely go back there. There were different food themes every night. We was in the main building and you get people that don’t consider that others are asleep in bed slamming doors at 3 and 4 am.The only thing that spoils laganas is the beach it’s dirty I only went once that was enough. Went on a few walks went to cameo island such beautiful views 5euros each to enter and you get a photo keyring as a keepsake. Club Zante plaza is clean, lovely food and great location.

Absolutely amazing holiday. We found this fantastic hotel three years ago and have been back every year and will continue to return. The hotel is the perfect size, the food is delicious and the staff are all beyond helpful and friendly. Best hotel we have ever stayed it.

Our first time in Greece and the lovely staff at club zante plaza made it a wonderful experience, the food is superb, the entertainment is excellent. Nothing is too much for the staff . The sous chef is a lovely man he even gave me some of his recipes and made us a dessert to take home . The rooms are very clean with fridge and a kettle . We will definitely be returning to club zante plaza

We stayed here in June and this hotel was in the best location right on the *****! The rooms were modern clean and we had everything we needed . However the only way to get to our room was to walk down a flight of stairs then back up 3 flight of spiral stairs which was hard arriving and leaving with 2 heavy cases. Rooms were cleaned daily. We had a fridge kettle AC and tv. The room got very hot in the afternoon as the back door to our room was a dark green coloured metal door which almost got too hot to touch. The bedframe was also quite high and had a sharp corner of wood which every time I walked past caught my leg and caused a bruise . The breakfast and lunch was good. Lots of selection of food and drink aswell as the snack bar upon order and the all inclusive cocktails. The evening meal wasn’t for us but we prefer to eat out on an evening anyway. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach transfer is quick and also is bang on the *****. Even though we were located right on the ***** we couldn’t hear any noise on a night. The staff we very friendly and helpful . The all inclusive evening’s entertainment was a good laugh and fun. The pool was great temperature and lost of bed however we did struggle one of the days due to a family “reserving “ beds all day and only using them at 5 pm other than this we had a great stay here

Just waiting for our transfer after an amazing 10 day stay here…all I can say is WOW! what a little gem of a hotel,definitely the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Super clean and right on the doorstep of the beach and the main *****, The staff are all so accommodating and friendly (especially Chris the bar man,what a lovely lovely guy) Lovely food,always a good choice,and the drink choices are good also (my son in law has a nut allergy and the kitchen staff always made sure to tell him what he could/could not eat, If we could pick this hotel up and take it to every destination we travel to we 100% would! Thankyou for everything guys it’s been a pleasure! X
